Review 1：Our kids wear Yukata which privided by the hotel and we go to the western restaurant but the staff ask to change cloth in western style.They never notify us before for this rule.

Review 3：All the staffs were helpful especially Ms.Yamada. The room was clean and the scenery was fantastic. We love our time in this place and wish to come back again.

Review 4：Teppei and Sayuri and the staff were amazing. We were traveling with 2 young children and the hotel was very accommodating. Teppei was always so hospitable and did his best to ensure every bit of our stay was well arranged. The suite was extremely spacious. We look forward to staying again.

Review 6：Ideal location and almost all other facilities for ski goers. Ski in ski out, frequent shuttle bus to JR station where you can enjoy wild range of selection of restaurants and local food shopping. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bath in hot spring after ski is really enjoyable!

Review 9：We were delighted with the hotel stay, especially with the excellent service extended by Ms Manami. As we had certain dietary requirements, being a Muslim family, she had made arrangements with the restaurants to accomodate to our needs. For that, we are eternally towards Ms Manami (thank you!!!). We were amply served with the delicious food from the western restaurant. My highest commendation for the chef (Chef Makoto, hope I got the spelling right) in the Japanese restaurant. The cuisine was beautifully crafted and the taste was sublime. We were there on 13th Dec. Officially, the resort was not open for skiing till 20th Dec. But there was enough snow for families with young children to enjoy playing in the magical surroundings. And to top it off, to spend time warming up in the private onsen rooms was heavenly. We enjoyed walking around in our yukatas and watching the snow fall. Thank you again for the wonderful experience!!! Thank you for allowing us a beautiful introduction to winter. Can't wait to return again!

Review 25：Great family ski resort, it was so convenient to step outside your room and virtually straight onto the snow. Buffet breakfast at Yen 2,100 was good. Room was clean and reasonably upmarket. Staff were excellent and friendly with a reasonable understanding of English. Appreciated the pick-up at the Station and shuttles to town. They also contacted us pre-arrival to see if we need anything. Would stay here again.

Review 27：Very convenient access to ski slopes. The junior suite was excellent - entry hall, living room, kitchenette, large bedroom, walk in wardrobe, bath and shower (with 5 shower heads!) - superb views of the mountains and the village. And we were delighted with the rate we got at booking.com.

I liked Ski Resort, very convenient and good for beginners and family. I liked Staff courtesy and service the best, very professional and they go out of their way to please the customer and hotel guest.

Review 30：Food choices were only okay, and the quality was also just okay - and the on-site restaurants were way too expensive. I would recommend taking the free shuttle into Yuzawa to eat when possible. Skiing good for beginners for a few days - would go elsewhere for more advanced challenges.
