Review 1：Very friendly and welcoming staff who accomodated every need. Right on the beach, with a great little beach restaurant. Soooooo relaxing, and what a great price. Thank you, I will return for more beach time one day!

Review 2：Hotel in front of the beach, room very big with pool and sea view! Restaurant (very good chef, food and fish) im front of the beach andpossibility to use the long chairs and beach umbrella! Staff friendly and funny, always take care for us! Menager is the number one. He helped us to realize every our wish!

Review 3：Breakfast was terrible - we didn't even eat it on the 2nd morning of our stay. The manager has no idea of customer service and wanted to charge us a ridiculous fee for a late checkout despite the hotel being almost empty.

Review 5：The only thing i didnt like is they automatically shut off the electricity in the plugs. All my gadgets weren't charged overnight coz they sort of cut the lines for plugs about midnight time. Only ac and lights worked by midnight. Stranged.

Review 6：My stay in neptune bay is definitely okay. Facility and cleanliness wise were great. Location is definitely a ++ and the basic bfast is perfect. Loved the service as well. Pool was also okay.

Review 7：Bed crashed, roof leaked, TV didn't work, locker fell down, very poor breakfast with bread and butter always, no light in the balcony, very dirty pool haughty owner always blocked the entrance with his Vezel and we could not take my car in.

Review 11：The room was large bright with a balcony. Bed was comfortable and had a mosquito net. AC worked well. Internet was available in many areas I could get it in my room ( it was better on the balcony) and over the road at the beach. Had a separate shower and toilet. The location was fantastic across the road was the beach with loungers and umbrellas available. I had a very good stay here. Pool was nice small but fine. The food was average across the road. But breakfast was fine. Fruit, toast eggs done how you want them. There are lots of places to eat all kinds of food and who have great coffee too.

Review 14：We had booked for a large family room with a double bed (only option available at booking.com at that time). However we were given a shabby looking room with very dim light having three single beds spread across a large room. When we complained, they said no other option is available. But after a while suddenly there was a double room in much better condition. Needless to say this was a downgrade with no compensation. Breakfast is very sad, with flies all over it. Service levels are very low and any query gets passed around to multiple people. Not ideal for a relaxed vacation

Review 15：Good location and close to all the shacks which are open till late. But then you have a lot of resorts and hotels in the same stretch.

Review 16：We booked so family suite and received confirmation 2 days prior to travelling. On arrival we were told they had no booking, AND no arrangement with Booking.com,!! After a B.com agent spoke with them on my call, they agreed they had a booking, but gave us a Triple room rather than the family suite we had paid for. The rooms were 'bee's and large, but the beds (all three) were crawling with red ants (fire ants!) and despite repeated complaints, nothing was done and we had to suffer a night dusting off ants! Bathrooms had slime on the rules despite the building being 'new' - showed very poor hygiene.

Review 21：Lack of security and the room door was flimsy and could be forced open with the slightest push. No elevator and no help carrying our luggage to the top floor. "Breakfast" was inedible and the bugs were all over the toast.

Review 22：The staff were friendly which is always a pluc. Paid around 50 USD for the room which had the basics covered; bed, washroom, TV with a few channels. If you need a place to drop your bags and rest then it's suitable but if you're looking for luxury then look somewhere else. Right across from a beautiful beach.

Review 24：Location, from hotel less then a minute to get to the beach. They have a restaurant right on the beach. Room was very big and a big balcony with amazing view of a sea.At the beginning we booked only for two nights but after first night we decided to book for 4 more nights. Staff is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Review 25：My room backed onto a bar that held a disco/party on a Sunday of all nites from 2200-0500 which meant a sleepless nite. Not many of the staff have much basic English.

Review 26：The manager has excellent customer service, I had an injury which delayed my book in and he was very accommodating of my plight & again when said injury meant I had to extend my stay. He is often present & very approachable. Fabulous sea view roof top clean pool. Comfortable beds with mosquito nets with NO HOLES!! Big plus!!! Cable TV with good amount of English channels (excellent whilst I was recuperating from surgery!) Reasonably priced beachside restaurant opposite but no obligation to use it.

Review 27：The place right behind the hotel had a disco night while we were there it was so loud the walls were shaking. This is not the hotels fault so we did not complain. It was only one night.....but it was so loud.

Review 52：When I booked it was in response to a price of $76 a night which turnedinto $115 when all the taxes etc were included.Breakfast, included, was the worst I have ever been offered A pile of toast, probably made half an hour before, on a plate, next door to a tray of fresh fruit which was not bad, with cold, poor quality coffee and cold tea on the side. This was early, maybe 7.30am. A cooked egg was available, but the English of the staff was so bad, one did not get what one wanted. The food in the restaurant, fresh fish for example was so over priced compared to the place next door, one would have been silly to eat there. The air con broke down continually.
