Review 1：The owner's constant reminders about what a great the value for money the accommodation and his services are.

Review 2：The price of accommodation and our tuk-tuk driver. The driver was super nice, he took us everywhere we wanted and waited for hours for us to return from Sigiriya which happened to be overcrowded that day.

Review 3：Some might be bothered by the location but 4us was not a problem. 5 mins by tuk-tuk to center.

Review 5：The host family were very friendly and welcoming which helped make it a very enjoyable stay. The breakfast and dinner meals were all very tasty - home-cooked Sri Lankan food. The rooms were clean and well looked after.

Review 6：The rooms are very clean and comfotable. The owner and his staff are very helpfull and can organise daytours to Sigira and surroundings. The cave Tempel is only a 15 min walk away from the Hotel.

Review 8：The hottest water in whole Sri Lanka, the facility is brand new, very clean. We booked well advance, so we got nice price. Food, dinner and breakfast, was so tasty - thanks to Anushka that I want more and more (was ashamed to ask for the third time). Chandana is the name of the owner...and he deserves whole chapter. There is no word to use to highlight his hospitality and things he did to make us feel happy, just a note: he took me in his car to the remote part of town in cheap shop to buy Sri Lanka's wear: sarong and redda. He fought for the discount. And most important, Chandana made us to get a places in balloon flight next day. Thanks Chandana, you are really nice man.

Review 9：During my 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, this was my most expensive accommodation. I didn't feel it was worth the extra money. The wasted room between the bedroom and bath could have been used for a self contained shower! Weeds need to be trimmed.

Review 10：Super nice owners and friendly staff. They kept checking on us to be sure that we were happy. The owner came around and talked to everyone personally. They cooked dinner for a fair price. New facility. Everything is brand new. Hot water. Cold a/c. Free WiFi. Breakfast included.

Review 12：- Awesome location, maybe 200 meters of the main road, so very quiet and calm at night. - Awesome value-for-money, especiall for breakfast and dinner. We got sooo much and sooo good typical Sri Lankan food. If you stay here, you will never go hungry! - Very attentive and caring owner. He helped us to organize our trips to Sigiriya and Polonnaruwa. Also he showed us a really nice place to see the sun set and drove us to the golden temple (which is really closely located). - Our best accomodation in three weeks travelling in Sri Lanka! You need to stay here.

Review 14：The owners went out of their way for everyone, and made great recommendations for us to make the most of our stay in Dambulla and for our onward journey. Food was delicious and excellent value for money. We liked that it was off the busy main road - peaceful location

Review 15：It s a place without privacy. The owner every 5 minutes ask you if you need something. I think he think too much about money so he want to show he is good everytime. He organize everything if you want but with a overprice. Also if you want to do something without him he will be upset sometime.

Review 16：It S a good place where to stay for two days. It s located faraway from the main road so you can sleep well. Breakfast it s ok and the room is clean. The boss of the hotel organize everything what you need but off course the prices are a higher than if you go in the city and ask to tuk tuk man.you can have dinner in the hotel But we choose to do in the Main Street in the benthota restaurant that was cheaper and good.

Review 17：The owner is amazing guy. He really takes care of his guests in every way. Food is nice and of good quality. Sunset view is recommended. It is very good value for money. Out of guesthouses we visit in Sri Lanka this was the cleanest place.

Review 18：In Sevonrich you get anything you want. The owner will literally bend backwards to do everything you ask, he is the most caring and helpful man we met. Sevinrich is a must-visit if you're around, preciselly becuase of the family running things. We highly reccomend!

Review 27：The best part is the hospitality shown by Chandana and his family, this goes a long way in making the stay comfortable. Every request has been carefully addressed by the owner. They are always attentive to keep guests smiling. My family also enjoyed stay at this place but I would rate higher to the owner and his family than the property. This makes you feel like always at home.

Review 29：Fantastic place!!! Within a walking distance to Golden and Cave Temple, vibrant, fun and full of laugh! The owner was wonderful, offering free pick up and drop off, great cook, helpful and caring. Rooms were clean, well conditioned it had everything you need when traveling. Great internet, great laundry service as well. You don't need to go elsewhere for a dinner as the owner makes delicious food and everyone sits outside so you can easily find friends as we did. Best place in Sri Lanka!!! HIGHLY RECOMENDED!

Review 30：Chandana & Chandana are just the perfect Team! We traveled around Sri Lanka and never felt more at home! It was absolutly perfect: Chandana kept every promise he made and even helped out later even that we didnt stay there anymore. Help was offered whenever and wherever needed. The other Chandana drove us around with his Tuk Tuk, showed us beautiful places around Dambulla and even stayed with us in Polonnaruwa on an all day trip! It was perfect! He offers a tour to Sigiriya, which was really great and the TukTuk driver was excellent. You'll get a good Sri Lankan dinner and breakfast!

Cave temples are within walking distance, they give you a free pick up from the bus station, and the owner was also kind enough to drop us at the station when we went to Sigiriya. You can also have great dinner right at the hotel for about 500-600 rupees. One of best hotels we've seen in Sri Lanka !

Review 36：The guest house is really new and the rooms are very modern and clean. We had a/c and breakfast included. The owner is really nice and helpful. He drove us a couple of times to the city for free. He made us a great dinner for a reasonable price and he also had really cheap beer. Every room has a terrace so you can have dinner outside. He can also offer you tour to sigirya and the lake.

For an good price. Including helpful owner. Standard is really high.

The food is very good, we ate some traditional dishes and we loved it. They also arrange trips to Sigiriya and other nearby sights. We definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Review 43：I can say that this was our best stay during whole trip along Sri lanka as we stayed in around 7 guest houses during that time. The guest house was in great condition, but the best of all was the owner of that guest house. We stayed for two days and he was with us almost all the time, he drove us around Dambulla, he explained and shown us a lot of interesting places and things in Dambulla, he and his wife cooked us delicious food. He also drove us for more than 30 km just to see wild elephants and we saw them :) overall i can say that this was the top of the top choice :)

Review 45：Don't hesitate, just book! Appartments are only one month old. Therefore the owner is very eager to provide service and extras. We have been served great dishes for only a few euros and furthermore received an free upgrade! Owner his english is also moderately good which makes it easy to communicate (can be different in Sri Lanka). He is also more than willing to drop you at the temples, which is basically just around the corner.Bed is perfect as well.

Review 48：this was our lucky shot during our stay in Sri Lanka. we were offered a welcome drink,good hospitality. further beds are good(metresses) we slept very well bathrooms are typically sri lankan; the food is excellent one of the best fried rice we had in sri lanka. all in all definitely value for money. we were happy to stay here.
