Review 1：the young lady on reception was very helpful and got a map to show us where places of interest were and what bars and restaurants are about ,the hotel is nice and clean very quiet but in the center of town, room service very good, food very nice

Review 4：The internet was provided for free but if you want faster connection you should pay. Our internet switched off time to time and we paid for using any connection. I suppose it might be provided for free and included the price we paid for staying.

Review 5：We stayed in the hotel for 6 days but I would definitely stay longer next time as the service was really good for this money. Breakfast and reception staff would take the highest points.

Review 6：Heating was on too high in the whole building, sounds in the halls travel into the rooms too easily. Parking was full but that was our own fault - make sure to reserve your spot in advance.

Review 8：I was assigned room 204. When I got to the room it was incredibly hot. After going downstairs to check how to set the aircon to cooler, it was still very hot after an hour. I went downstairs again and they gave me another room. This room was cooler, although still very warm and without windows that can open. The heat made it difficult to sleep. Although the location of this hotel is prime, this is such a big problem for me that next time I would opt for something further away.

Review 9：Standard Wi-Fi is too slow for today's standards (1Mbps). For the price, I'd expect extra toilettries like toothbrush/paste, razor, comb, or at least slippers.

Review 10：Right next to the station, nice big window looking out over the city, beautiful decor, good in-room lighting. The sliding bathroom door is a nice touch, too. And I like the keycards instead of normal keys.

Review 11：Difficulty getting in and out of hotel as reception is about five floors up. Lack of catering facilities during the day. Always seemed to be closed in the lobby.

Despite the general very good cleanliness of the room, the glasses and the mugs were not completely clean (ie tea stains on the mugs) - that's a pity cause this is a detail that gives you a bad feeling.

Review 37：The staff attitude that is very rude. I booked two rooms for us and our children. I mentioned one room with one queen size bed and the other one with two single beds for our children. When I arrive to the hotel around noon the receptionst told us that one rooms is ready while for the the other need to wait a bit as we asked to have both rooms close to each other.After five hours when we returned back to hotel the receptionist told us that is not possible to have the rooms as we requested one with queen size bed and both rooms closed to each other as all the rooms were occupied already. I requested to speak with a manager and the lady refused my request saying that no manager on duty is available. So I have been forced to accept two rooms that both of them had single beds and were on the same floor but not close each other. So please be aware when you request a room with a specific bed configuration as this hotel will give you the room as per their wish. So please be aware that

Review 39：I had no problem, everything was fine. I just had difficulty to AccessWiFi, they had a different procedure where you are picking a zero Europackage and logging in each time you enter internet. But probably thisis something about country's laws.

Review 40：First, I liked that it was 45 seconds walking distance from Enshcedetrain station, when you get out of the train station, the hotel is rightahead in front of you. When going back, we were not afraid to be late atall, just 45 seconds-distance; of course with a wheeled luggage, thisdistance takes 2-3 minutes.2) The room was clean, silent and large enough. 3) The personnel were professional and helpful 4) I had a room that was facing the town center, the view was marvellous 5) The bedlinen were clean and crystal white, and the pillows were not smelling sweat (for me that's very important). 6) Dinner at the hotel restaurant was the best that we had in the town. 7) There is only one point that foreigners should be aware of: shops have different working hours (on Sunday almost everywhere was closed) so you have to plan ahead for plain shopping such as drinking water, shampoo, or shopping (some shops don't accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards; they only use Maestro).

Review 41：Very uncomfortable beds - very soft and the pillows offered no support whatsoever. I ended up folding a towel to help get some comfort. Room service finished at 9pm on a Friday evening!! Really?? What's the point of having it then?

It's beautiful to wake up and have the view of the whole city, or just to chill out next to the window before going to sleep, with the whole city beneath your feet. Also, the shower is just so nice, it was hard getting out of it. Can't wait to go back!
