Review 1：no one used to stay at the reception, so you have to look for someone when needed.
Review 2：The staff is kind and the rooms are very clean and warm during winter. Good breakfast buffet.
Review 3：Breakfast is typical Italian with a lot sweet offerings, ham and cheese and sometimes cooked eggs. More could have been done to improve the cereals and fruits offered. More can be done to improve overall ambiance of the hotel, including the entrance - which is used a bit as a storage area.
Review 4：Location of this hotel is good, as Saluzzo is all about its medieval and historical centre. The owner's son, Stefano, is most obliging. On arrival, we were picked up from the bus station and on leaving we were driven to the Savigliano train station. Overall, it's good value for money.
Review 5：This quaint hotel is located just off the main square in the charming city of Saluzzo. The staff bends over backward to accommodate your needs. The restaurant is a jewel. Nothing but good to say about our experience.
Review 6：Breakfast and just a little bit noisy at times where I stayed. It didn't annoy me but I think those who need silence would find it difficult to sleep.
Review 7：Loved this hotel. It's situated right in the old part of Saluzzo and the style of the hotel reflects that. I thought it was run down and wasn't sure about it when I first arrived but grew to love the quirkiness of it. Breakfast though wasn't great. I like savoury things to eat and most mornings there was just lattice cakes and apple pies, jams, yoghurts. Great if you're in to this. If you ask though they will do you an egg.

Review 12：Our stay in beautiful Saluzzo was enhanced by the wonderful, courteous snd helpful staff at our hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food and wine was very good, the service impeccable. Highly recommended and I hope one day to return.
