Review 1：We paid for room with window but we were given a room without window and stuffy with horrible smell. No way to change room, the staff given us an air refreshner to spray only.
Review 2：Basement parking is scary, need to put sign of the hotel so we can park nearer at the basement

Review 8：Its mediocre at best. Service is terrible. No housekeeping, No luggage help, No destination directions or taxi summons. There was no hot water shower. Room a/c froze up unadjustable. Construction dust & messes greeted you. Cramp&dull space with ragged&damp bed linen. Staff attitude inconsiderate & unprofessional. Worst of All desk not setup to accept foreign bank credit card. I was not able to nor allowed to to use my visa card on arrival as payment method but they insisted on cash only. I had to inconveniently march to find ATM in order to check in. Also noisy at night other lodgers at times. Way overpriced. Not 108 but s/b 75 ringot.

Review 12：- Services was poor - Room so small and no closet or cupboard to keep your clothes and stuff. - No iron and I even asked them to send one to our room they said I had to go downstairs myself to iron my clothes. - You could feel that they are trying whatever they can to cut down cost (no coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, shower gel, almost nothing whatsoever). - Being a new building with good location, they could do way better than this

Review 62：When I booked online, I requested extra 4 pillows but upon checking in, the young Malay receptionist did not aware of it. I asked him and he said not enough to supply. In the end I changed from Deluxe double room without window to triple family room. it was slightly better buy we found too many small ants inside the room. I hope the hotel management will do something about pest control for improvement.
