Review 1：Wifi was very slow during peak hours (and paid) Bedsheets were synthetic and hot Staff was very strict on their "rules" but overall very friendly (probably language barrier)

Review 3：Ilse (owner) immediately was very helpful, including local information and having Slavo and Margaret provide computer and train transportation help. Housekeeping staff kept the room spotless; it was comfortable with plenty of space. We took half board and enjoyed delicious, local dinners, along with an ample breakfast. The location was convenient to town, walking paths and the train and we were surrounded by lovely mountains and a charming neighborhood.
Review 4：Minor niggles. The bathroom was very smart with a great walk in shower, there was however, nowhere to hang the towels when they were wet, nor was there a bin in th bathroom.

Review 12：We were coming in late just after 10pm and we didn't tell them ... but the owner's son Willi surprised us and waited for us in front of the building to check us in. The cook and waiter were still there to cook and serve us a dinner. All without a hint of this being an inconvenience to them. Incredible service, everyone on the staff went far beyond what is normally expected. Pleasant family type atmosphere, no big hotel BS. Comfortable room, spotless clean bathroom. Might be small for some, but plenty of room for everything. Perfect location for skiing anywhere in Zillertal area. Willi showed up at our dinner table on the last night with 3 shots of local pear brandy just to ask if everything was ok, to thank us, and check us out. Very highly recommended.
