Review 1：The only complain we had is the noise coming from the trains passing by. In some rooms this could be disturbing. As far as I know, those trains don't run during the night though.

Review 2：Disclaimer: since the Best Western Hotel is being renovated, we were redirected to the Crowne Plaza Venice East. One thing I'd like to highlight is the helpful staff. We complained about the noise due to the trains stopping at the station nearby, and they immediately prepared a new room, which was much quieter. We also liked the restaurant.

Review 8：Just spent 1 night since we had an early flight. Basic hotel. Rooms need some maintenance, but OK for a short stay.

Review 9：The check-in person at night lacked any positive personality. In order to use an iron, which smelled of vinegar, you have to carry the board and iron from the front desk. The blanket I took out of the closet had so much dust on it I had to roll it away from my face so I could breathe. The 5 Euro shuttle to the airport requires a reservation, and the breakfast was a horrible experience with subsistence food including tasteless water-soaked scrambled eggs. Although the maid did a fine job of cleaning the room the following are true: the old carpet has so much grease, disgusting stains and embedded dirt that the bottom of my feet turned filthy black.

Review 11：The airport shuttle is operated for the convenience of someone other than the client. A taxi is about e40. When you arrive the restaurant is shut. (at 8.00pm) The Hotel manager is no to be seen.

Review 16：When we arrived and tried to reach the hotel for shuttleservice no one picked up and we needed to take a taxi for 40 euro. When we mentioned to the staff in the reception no one answered we got a grumpy answer. There was no staff in the reception when we came, and we had to wait. We couldn't ger help with our bags. We couldn't get help with looking up traindepartures, and just got annoyed answers when we asked. The shuttleservice couldn't drive us to the train station only to AirPort. There was no staff in the hotell bar, we had to wait half an hour to get service, and they served is in dirty glass. The breakfast was the worse breakfast We ever had in a hotell, and them we also had asked in avanced about the breakfast and they assured that it had good quality.

Review 18：1. Air conditioner took hours to cool the room. We told front desk that it's been 30 minutes and room still warm. He says that's the way it is and there is no other room available. Even though Booking.com showed 4 other rooms available, even a triple room which we booked. 2. We fell asleep uncomfortably warm but awaken with a cooled room. I presume after 3 or 4 hours the room finally cooled. 3. It is a 15 minute walk to train station, and under a hot July sun it is not an easy walk. 4. Shuttle bus must be booked 24 hours in advance to pick up from Airport. I don't recall reading this anywhere in their website. Also it is $5 per person but worth it.

Review 20：We requested a triple room with a baby coat and got triple room that didn't have baby coat and there was no place to put one (because we were bringing our own just for case..). We asked them to change the room and they told us that there are no bigger rooms. So mind if you go there with children...

Review 21：Hotel description says 'modern' - it was the opposite! The decor was very old fashioned. The rooms and corridor were carpeted and it smelt and looked dirty. The beds were awful and the airconditioning was not working.

Review 27：Is not a hotel for a weekly vacation! If you stay 1-2 nights is OK. The blankets in the rooms are not covered in a sort of envelope sheet, they argued that this is Italy(Fabio was the name of the clerk). After I made a small scandal they provided a new one....Breakfast very poor, no vegetables! Coffe is bad, eggs the same...
