Review 5：This is a hotel with the most idiotic parking system. And its rm 10 perentry if u wish to go out from the premise without checking out. Its notsafe to park at the parking lot under the building. I put my car ondouble signal to pay the parking fee while my wife was inside the car.She saw a malay guy on motorbike near the car, walking fast towards thecar, when he saw my wife inside the car n she press the horn, he ranaway with his motorbike.

Review 8：There floor in the room was dirty. There's hair on the bed. The bathroom rail is not fixed. The hairdryer fell off from the wall. The wardrobe shelve is broken. The towels took a long time to arrive & they are old & torn. It was a bad experience.

The fees is way too expensive. Every 2 hours RM3.00 and you need to pay for every entry. Hotel should provide parking for customer.(really piss me off) -The hotel did not mention about the parking fee in Booking.com. Maybe try to scam customer! -Breakfast place totally not comfortable.

Review 35：1. Have to pay parking fee at first using my money then claim it from the front desk. It took times to stop the car and pay at the autopay machine. And can only claim rm10 per entry for entering after 7pm. If I enter the hotel compound before 7pm, I have to pay RM1/hour (weekdays) @ RM2/hour ( weekends). 2. There should be a different kind of foods provided for breakfast. I stayed in the hotel for 4 days & 3 nights and eat the same food everyday I.E. nasi lemak@ roti bakar.

Review 46：The cleanliness of the toilet is below average. Perhaps it would have been better if the toilets are sanitise and maintain its cleanliness. I have an unpleasant experience with breakfast provided. We were not told how to present our coupon and get our breakfasts and at loss, we were searching for help on getting our breakfast. The cafeteria staffs, however are very unfriendly and simply ignores our queries. This is the first time i had problems in having breakfast as compared to other mid range to high range hotels. With the ultimate unsatisfaction, we had to have our speedy breakfast provided near a 24hr convenient store.
