Review 1：A bit noisy due to the location right next to a highway. Only one toilet on the ground floor, so a bit inconvenient if you have to go at night. Also the toilet is quite small. But overall, good experience and great value for money.

Review 2：Very friendly and gracious host. Really good breakfast, with fresh eggs from the landlord's own farm and a nice selection of breads. Two showers, including a fancy one downstairs, so no waiting in line.

Review 3：The street is noisy. The old single pane windows don't keep the noise out. They also don't keep the heat in very well. The B&B is so far away from Enschede that walking to the city was no fun on a rainy December evening. In my opinion, you do need a car when you book this place.

Review 4：The hosts, a young couple with kids, are extremely helpful and friendly. They provide an excellent breakfast with fresh eggs from their own hens, fresh orange juice and plenty of other stuff. But be prepared that you just get the ingredients and have to cook the eggs or bake the bread for some more minutes yourself. The car parking is big enough and directly in front of your own door. Both bedrooms have beds with very comfortable matresses. The kitchen is well equipped, so that you could prepare your own meals on longer stays and eat them in the living room at the big table with four comfortable chairs.

Review 5：The toilet is very small and located downstairs while the bedrooms and shower were located upstairs. The B & B is located on a busy road. The host did provide ear plugs.

Review 6：Host was generous and offered us two bedrooms for my son and me. Breakfast was good. Nice to have coffee and tea facilities.
