Review 1：Threadbare carpet in my room Y when it rained the water came through the roof into my room. Despite reporting this I was not offered any refund.

Review 3：First my booking was missing on arrival. The arranged room was medium for 35BGN, reveived economy. The bathroom was smell very bad and there was a cockroach.After all my above complain redused the cost with 5BGN, there was no any other free rooms.The pictures on the booking page was comletely different, the best one thay have, not the one I had received.

Review 5：The girl at reception didn't speak a word of english, spanish or french... Also the "private" parquing was jast 8 cars and for the hole buildings around there.
