Review 1：As Australians not knowing any of the language we found that we had to ask a lot of questions to find out relevant information about the area and how to get things. For example we had to ask for wifi, where to get ski hire gear, where to catch the bus, where to buy ski lift tickets etc. We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. Whilst they were helpful when we asked questions these could have been avoided with a proper introduction to the hotel. They didn't even communicate the best feature of the hotel - the spa and sauna area.

Review 2：The sauna, day spa, pool facilities and the staff in this area were awesome. The dinner buffet was also great.

Review 3：Actual rooms could use an update to match the rest of the hotel facilities. Wifi is only available in the lobby area.

Review 4：Great shared facilities (dinning room, bar area, spa, pool). The spa facilities looks brand new! Meals were excellent every night.

Review 5：The room was covered in wood panels, but didn't really fit the rest of the decor of the hotel. Felt a little dated but really the whole experience was fantastic

Review 6：The hotel manager was especially excellent, who had the absolute right amount customer interaction. Her customer service was to the highest level and she was an excellent host. The quality of the facilities was to the highest standard and the hotel was in a great location.

Review 7：Internet is available in the lobby, but if you want to use the internet in your room, you need to ask for a special box at the reception. I think this is just too much hassle for 21st century ... But no big deal, just a tiny complication, because otherwise the hotel gives really great value for the money.

Review 16：Pleasant Hotel, helpful staff, a little generic. Also we didn't like the segregation at breakfast, with Europeans sitting in one part and visitors from the Middle East in another, so we sat away from the reserved areas, with the Middle East families and that was a nice experience.

Review 17：During summer this hotel is very popular and sought by tourists from SAE and Bahrain, I dare say that my European family was in minority. In general I love travelling and other cultures but in this case I had a feeling I am not in Europe. I did not feel well when I and my little kid were going in a lift from hotel wellness in hotel bathrobes and an Arabic family looked at us very contemptously. We are in Europe and I expected such atmosphere. I would expect that in winter it is a different case but in summer I would really think about to book the hotel once again Secondly, the whole hotel with 5 floors has just one lift, so you wait at the time, several minutes.

Review 27：We are travelling to Zell am See for many years, but this was the best and most beautiful hotel of all. The international stuff is very kind, and you can find your own national waiter or waitress who can always help you. The SPA is amaizing... The sauna area is better than many 5 star hotels. And the kitchen... everyone can find some delicious from the simple child menus to the special gourmet ones... We couldn't count the many soft towels in the room... If you can't live without internet, you will get own internet modem for free for the room, and you dont have to wait for the poor sign, it was always fast and had a good signal for 7 devices. We will return next year for sure! ;)

I was chocked when I found out there is no WiFi on the room I had to go the lobby for the WiFi add to that when I turned the TV on there was no cable so I wouldn't recommend this hotel

Review 32：Internet, you have to borrow a device to use the internet in the hotel which I had to wait 1.5 days for it as they have only limited number of devices. Breakfast variety was not as expected.

Review 33：Location is great, a walking distance from the town and zell am see lake with approx. 2km walking. Staff were good and friendly, food was not bad and housekeeping were good. And best of all parking is free in a very safe garage.

Review 41：The internet is limited only for the loby area, they allow all gusts to be crowded there. First time in my life i see the house keeping staff asking the gusts to leave the room for them to clean, otherwise they will not come again to clean. Some of the reception staff is nt helpfull and agresive. There is alot of toilet items were not provided.

They decorate the bed beautifully for our anniversary & provided a snack for our trip when we checked out. The private parking garage is near the hotel & secure.

Review 84：الفندق بعيد عن بحيرة زيلامسي وغرفه لا توفر اي اطلالة على البحيرة. قضينا يومين في هذا الفندق دون انترنيت ولم يولي اي احد اي اهتمام بهذا الموضوع الفطور جيد نوعا ما ولكن غير متنوع Hotel is far from Zell am see lake and its rooms don't offer any view to the lake. 2days without internet, and no body from management gave any care about this issue.

Review 85：الفندق قريب من موقف الباص على بعد200 متر. الغرف مجهزة تجهيزا جيدا. واسعة ونظيفة. كما ان منطقة الفندق هادئة تماما. لا يوجد اسواق قريبة منه كما انه لا يوجد مطاعم قريبة ولكن مطعم الفندق طعامه جيد واسعاره معقولة الكادر ودود جدا ومحترف. Hotel is close to the bus stop, rooms are wide and clean. No shops or restorants near the hotel, but its restorant is good with reasonable price. Friendly staff.

Review 86：We had a WiFi cut in the lobby for two days (the duration of our stay was two days, may be the cut lasted more!) The reception girl was so kind and tried her best for help, she asked for a router for us but this never helped, she offered her mobile phone when she knew that we are badly in need to the internet in order to book our seats in the train to Salzburg, I promised her to comment good for the staff and bad for the management.

Review 87：The staff had so much of positive attitidue... One of the staff named Martina was very helpful and always had a smile on her face.. She even gave free tickets to go on the cruise around the Lake. When I booked the room they didn't ask for credit card or anything.. I only paid at the checkout

I would expect the latter to be the norm, but not in this hotel) - no quality concierge services; if in the area for the first time, save some time to explore - restaurant had good food, but you can't sit where you want (or you'll be re-seated) - during dinner, staff prepares breakfast (including water in open jugs you drink in the morning)

Although there is no WIFI in the rooms, it is provided at the reception areas and if you have a laptop they will provide an access cable if you ask. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have had and the dinner meals are great as well. The views and location weren't the best for Zell am See but you could easily walk down to the lake in a matter of minutes.

Review 101：The room- Alpine double- was very small for a double room- so the lack of space mad it a bit uncomfortable. Also- it was quite hot at night and there was no A/C or fan in the room- lucky we had a balcony and left the door open for some cool air.

Review 102：Lovely hotel in the centre of Zell Am See- so not far from any location. Staying at this hotel gave us access to the Zell Am See- Kaprun card which allowed us to visit many tourist locations within these 2 areas- free of charge- a great saving. The hotel staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. they cater for visitors who don't eat pork or bee- by having chicken available for us at breakfast- something we didn'y get in our vienna hotels.
