Review 1：A very helpful staff person spoke excellent English, the room was very comfortable, wonderful breakfast included in the price, and a perfect location to walk to the historic district.
Review 2：Carpet was stained at many places, and it is overdue to have replacedwith a new one. Also the wallpaper had many stains.
Review 3：For a Japanese hotel, the room was unusually large, and thebath/shower complex and bathroom are luxurious (5 star class).
