Review 1：Very friendly staff. Only about a ten-minute walk to the train station, and trains to Malpensa come about every 15 minutes. Good pizza restaurant nearby.
Review 2：so soft bed, noice from street and worst - small bathroom. To ge to the toile you have to be slim acrobat. I know that in Milano is EXPO, but that price was so high for that room

Review 18：The staff and location were fantastic! This property is located next to downtown Saronno. I have enjoyed two separate stays at Hotel Firenze/Saronno.
Review 19：The receptionist on arrival was very friendly & helpful, spoke good English, showing me to the room and explaining its features (air con, balcolny door etc.)
Review 20：Just small things: * The bunk beds we had for the children looked a bit unstable. We "improved" this with a screwdriver. However, would doubt to recommend them for adults. * Breakfast was included, but a bit basic in our eyes.
Review 21：We chose the hotel as an intermediate stop for traveling to Tuskany. Saronno itself wasn't an attraction for us. But the friendly staff showed us great places for pizza and ice cream ;-). The hotel is clean and bathroom in our room was spacious.
