Review 1：Poor management of the hotel - the property is perfectly located, the building is very nice, but the impression is still below average. We had to clean a table for breakfast ourselves - there were several untidy tables and no one was going to clean them . The food was ok, but could be better. The pool is small, and it was crowded in the the evening.

Review 2：Location - surrounded by nature, near a big beautiful park - perfect for walks. There is a ping-pong table in the building.

Review 3：Staff didn't speak English and all signs was only in Russian. Only wifi in the lobby, but it didn't work. Bad food in the restaurant. When you are in the Forrest you should have a decent lobby shop.

Review 9：Old soviet sanatorium turned into a hotel. Lack of service, no wifi coverage throughout the hotel. The image on booking.com is not what it is in reality.

Review 11：Never managed to find the pool. There was a door with a sign sauna, but you had to go through some showers where there were men showering, so didn't dare to walk through.

Review 13：Breakfast is horendous they were continually running out of supplies,the choice is very limited. They tell off many resturants however theyforgot to mention that only one is open and there is no Alacarte! Thereis no information available in any other language than Russian, there isno maps, on tourist information and the staff's knowledge of thearea of st. Petersburg is very limited. Staff were not the frienliest Ihave come across.
