Review 1：Upon check-in,we are able to switch on the tv. We only watched for awhile and went out for our dinner. However, after we returned to our room, the tv are not working. We tried a few times to switch on the tv but not able to. It is 10+pm and already late so we decided not let the staff know. As my kids are asleep. Also the water heater is not working. My kids had to shower with cold water early in the morning.
Review 2：Different art theme (wallpaper) for different rooms. Near i-city theme park. Great for my young kids. Minimart and couple of eating places are available at the same building where hotel are located.
Review 3：1. No lift to some of the rooms as the hotel was converted from shop houses 2. Only Malay cuisine available in the area 3. Layout of the bathroom, the whole floor will be wet after each shower

They charge me a little bit more, probably because I was late (I arrived around 10:00 P.M), still, it would be nice if they explained about it. -The soundproof of the room was poor, but despite that, I had a good night sleep. -They had the Ironing machine in the hallway, we had to share it with the other guest which is a hassle.
Review 53：- The staff were very friendly, They helped us getting a taxi, extra pillow and towels and etc. - I got a notification via email as soon as I checked in and checked out; which says a lot about their system. - The breakfast was awesome. -At one point, we accidentally left our key-card in our room, they give us another card without any charge.

The rate point is 7.2 we thought is a good quality hotel, but so dissappointed us....the rating unable to believe in 100% after this booking...

Review 74：Breakfast has limited options. Lift was broken down during my stay so had to climb up stairs every time. Rooms transfer sounds somehow to other rooms, while I was listening to phone calls frequently, neighbor complained. Always bring local currency to pay.
