Review 1：There was a fire in the Kitchen during our stay, and smoke had penetrated three floors and NO FIRE ALARMS were active. Other guests woke us to evacuate, no staff were present. There was also no assembly point listed in the escape procedures in the rooms, and the fire doors had not closed.

Review 3：Rooms were basicly clean but weren't new. Bathroom was full with limescale. Wifi did not worked for the last 1,5 days & could not fix it. Breakfast was not too good & always the same.

Review 5：High parking cost, unreliable air-conditioning and overbooking inconvenience. We found our room had been overbooked, so we were moved to a (better) room for first two of four nights. Air conditioning in the economy rooms annexed was nor working properly and could not be controlled either in the room of centrally. This might gave been caused by the recurring power problems that made it necessary to run the hotel generator outside our room incessantly.

Review 8：The bar or pool area had no atmosphere or music at night and because of the hotel's location there is no other bar nearby for entertainment except a taxi away to the nearby town, Its location, you have to get a train every time you want to go to Sorrento which involves a ten min walk up and down a steep hill which makes it very difficult if you having walking difficulties
Review 9：The pool area and views where lovely our supreme room was great with nice balcony wasn't impressed with the double rooms with balcony they were quite basic well worth the upgrade to superior, the staff were very friendly and helpful especially respectful to older people , they treated my elderly mother very well always fussing around her and making sure we had a lift to the train station.
Review 10：Our room was basic and on the small side. It was also very dusty. The bathroom was shabby with wet patches on ceiling and wall,shower was very small and cracked exposed concrete above bathroom door. Remote location with amenities in the next town.
