Review 1：Excellent customer service.town centre,train stain just five minutes walk.como lake and Milan city centre just 25 minutes by train.no doubt it is beautiful hotel.

Review 2：Beds are extremely hard (but we have found Italian hotels favour hard beds ). Also when we stayed here there was a large group of adolescent Mexican schoolgirls also staying. They made a lot of noise into the early hours of the morning1-1.30am shouting in the corridors and banging doors. This is unacceptable in a4star business hotel. I had to call reception as it was impossible to sleep. I mentioned it the following morning when checking out and the guy on reception did apologize

Review 3：Large room. Well located off the motorway. Good service in Restsurant Adequate breakfast.

Review 4：Internet service was too cumbersome and slow. Why waste paper to print the Internet code that expires every 24 hours when they could just provide one that could last the entire time of my stay? Each day I had to go to the front desk to ask for a new sheet with the code.

One day no shower gel; the next a towel missing; the next, one bedtime chocolate, but the following day none, etc. Nothing was a big problem at all, but… The wardrobe was very dark.inside, which made it difficuilt to find one's clothes, etc. The design of its lighting left a lot to be desired. I have had bettter breakfasts in hotels of similar category

Review 11：.We were visiting family in a nearby village, so the location – close to them and very close to the excellent railway service to Milan /Como - was ideal. Facilities of the hotel were very good as was its spaciousness. The restaurant food was also very good – better than the variable service!

Review 12：The only tiny things that I would say if I had to would be that I would have liked a kettle and tea/coffee in the room. And there weren't any English TV channels... But no big deal on the over all stay...

Review 20：All but 2 of the younger staff at the front desk were utterly rude. It seems management has done something about the restaurant staff, they should do the same about their front desk also. Housekeeping didn't make rooms properly, giving us one set of amenities every day for our twin room. Breakfast the same every single day. Slow internet. Shower water on a freezing cold to hot 20 second cycle. Small TV - what, is this a joke?

Review 28：The hotel staff went above and beyond to find Trick or Treat info for our kids. You walk in to this beautiful lobby, fantastic. We had a family room. To call it huge is an understatement. There were 2 separate rooms with beds. One had a lounge the other had a table for 4. There was a mini kitchen and fridge. The bathroom was beautiful! So much space. The pool area was so peaceful even with our children in it.

Review 29：The shower went from warm to cold several times (or from hot to warm) even when NOT touching anything. I'd prefer a continuous warmth! To have to wear caps in the pool is anachronistic today, sorry...

Review 33：From bus station to the hotel is quite tough as there is only stone road which is difficult for dragging luggage. Also the stairs of the hotel, without lift is quite troublesome for moving luggage and highly appreciated for the kind staff to help moving the luggage.

Review 34：Friendly and kind reception with smiles at hotel. Nice location to visit well-known attractions, however, most of the area are stone roads which is very tough for dragging luggage. If you do not drive in Rome, then you will need to drag your luggage to the hotel.

The sauna and steam room closed most of the day time. when the time came to open, we had been having our dinner. nothing else to do or hang out nearby but very easy excess to Milano city centre and lake Como by train 100m away.

Review 40：We went to World Expo and rode train with one transfer. If you don't get on the Malpensa Airport train it will take longer because of all stops. Take picture of train schedule as it is hard to know what stop you are at at night time and when to get off. You need to take exit from Platform 6 and you will see the hotel. Very clean and nice.

What we were not told is that the price of the swimming cap is 5 Euros/ person !! Really ridiculous ! This cap should be free as the use of the swimming pool is free too.

Review 54：We just stayed one night in this hotel. The room was very confortable and the breakfast buffet had great choice.

Review 55：A. Firm bed. B. No adequate supply of towels at the pool, we had to use the room towels. C. We had booked one deluxe room and two standards. One of the standard rooms that we had booked was not what we expected from the pictures on the internet and the specifications of a standard double for single use, at least to our opinion. When we mentioned it to the receptionist she was quite rude. Later on after we asked to talk to the manager, the same receptionist resolved the problem to our complete satisfaction changing the room and upgrading to a deluxe room. But she was not really polite about it since she tried to convince us that we didn't ask for another room in the first place while in fact her first reaction was "take it or leave it and next time you book with us be more specific about what you want".

Review 56：The hotel is well positioned if you want to visit Milan and Lake Como while the price is very reasonable. It is a big business hotel in a residential area. Both standard and deluxe rooms are nicely furnished and they look fresh and clean. Our rooms on the 5th and 7th floors had nice views. Deluxe rooms offer coffee and tea facilities and satisfactory high speed internet. Standard room internet is poor. The pool, sauna and whirlpool on the 9th floor are a plus and the view from up there is very nice. The overall experience of our stay was very good.

Review 57：Could not manage to connect to wifi in the room. Lack of information of hotel facilitates in the room. Could do with an information booklet. Only knew about sauna, pool, etc because I had seen pictures online.

Review 59：We got a fantastic deal on booking.com. Stayed in a big two room suite which was ample space for our family of four. We were travelling from Germany to Rome so this was a good stopping point as we wanted to visit the Alfa Romeo Museum (highly recommended) which is just a few minutes drive from the hotel. Luxury hotel with impressive lobby and rooms. Will definitely stay here again.

Efficient checking out & happily printed an amended boarding pass we had a problem with. Pre dinner drinks and free bar snacks were great - the Gin Bramble cocktail rendered me deaf to teen bickering. Staff polite & uber efficient.

Review 92：I was in Milan for the expo so this hotel was an excellent option. Good, clean, free parking... You can't really find something similar in the center for the same price. The hotel is only few minutes away from the expo parking Arese... Which has free shuttle to the expo main gate. I stayed there for a while and most people i saw staying there were either airline crew, business men and women attending conferences and some social events. Overal the hotel atmosphere was excellent.

Review 93：Passive aggressive front desk clerk who made an art of giving half answers and treating us poorly. Eg when asked about parking he waved his hand vaguely "it's around there" but didn't explain the location or system of payment. Eg when he asked my husband to sign the credit card authorization but there was no sum on the paper, and we asked what the total cost would be, his sneering answer was, "you should know since you booked it online." His partner at the desk was more polite.

Review 94：Very quuet room, can open window for fresh air, excellent reading lights in bed, clean and comfortable, very nice buffet breakfast.

Review 95：The open parking is public with restriction for one hour. Luckily we stayed there for the weekend, so there was no restriction. The garage costs 6 euros per night.

Review 96：We stayed there for two nights and were very satisfied. A good value 4 star hotel, clean and modern. Good room with good bathroom. They also have a spa, but unfortunately we didn't have a chance to visit it. The train station to the center of Milan is about 5 mins walking. It takes around 20-25 mins to reach the center. Late in the night the train stops on every station so it takes around 45 mins, but you can also take Malpensa express and reach the hotel in about 15 mins, which was very comfortable. The breakfast was with good variety, although not all the things was of the best quality. Overall, we were very satisfied from this hotel.

Review 103：The staff, room and breakfast where great. The hotel is beautiful, bright and clean and only cost 120 for a 500 sq. foot two room suite!! Close to the center of Saronno and an easy drive to Milan.

Review 104：not all the stuff is friendly, but who knows maybe he was having a bad day. the amenities in the room are very basic, just one shower gel and a shampoo. we had an extra bed in our suite bedroom, and the extra bed is not very confortable. Wifi is incredibly slow and you need to log in - log out when you have more than 2 devices

At breakfast - the ham wasn't fresh and melon was not tasty at all (it wasn't melon time so why do they add it to the menu?)

No help with bellboy at the time of checkout. No bathrobe as advertised on booking.com for booking a family room we get only balloons for kids as against the advertisement for goodies for kids . What a crap !! Wifi couldn't be worse with poor connectivity and need to login at every attempt and for everyday of our stay.
