Review 15：We had a lovely staff and would have been happy to stay longer! We were upgraded to a bigger unit for no charge, lovely toiletries and the owner was just lovely, very friendly and was happy to help in any way. this is a lovely place to stay highly recommended!
Review 16：Everything! We stayed one nite at the 3 bedroom apartment which is actually a house. We love everything. The house is luxuriously and nicely decorated. Worth the penny!
Review 17：The apartment is clean, big and comfortable. Big kitchen and big shower. Staff is very kind. Well situated in Westport. Less than 5 min drive from the supermarket. Close to all attractions in the area.

Review 20：Fantastic staff - very helpful with plenty of tips on where to eat, what to do etc in Westport. Room was comfortable with plenty of room for our family of 5, if showing its age a little.
Review 21：Bedside lamps would have been great, as the ceiling lights were too dim to read...My elderly Father tripped over as he had to get out of bed to turn the main lights off. It would have been good if we could have parked the vehicle in the garage but that wasn't a biggy.

There was one small radiator, but there was an additional electric one - both together got the room nice and warm. Room had been heated prior to our arrival, which makes life much better when travelling in August.

Review 32：One night stay in preparation to drive the coast road to Greymouth. You have to drive into Westport to find a place to get food but if you were prepared, the small kitchen area is adequate. Bed was large and comfy.

Review 50：We had a very spacious room. I'm not sure all the rooms are so large. Staff was very good. Laundry facilities on premises were good. Nice play area for kids, if that is important. The location is quiet, although it is a it removed from "downtown" Westport. This was not a problem, as we were on bicycles, and it would not be a problem with a car, either.

The layout of this one was great because she had the bedroom and we were in the open plan lounge with TV and a very comfortable queen sized bed. Very clean and quiet with great service!

Review 89：This is a very clean, welcoming place. It's a slightly older place than I was expecting but it's so well presented inside that it didn't make a difference. The staff were friendly and the wireless system was great. Decent tea selection as well.
