Review 1：The place the not very close to town, our driver is stuggling finding the place. Plus when I take shower there is no hot water, the staff said the water heater is not working, although they fixed that 1 hr later, as I was already taking shower, I have to finish with cold water.

Review 2：There is a nice garden and the rooms are very big. The bed is acceptably clean and comfortable.

Review 3：Mps it's quite far from the city (bus and tuk tuk to visit Sigiria and Pollonaruwa), and also far from the main road.

Review 4：Vj - the owner - and his staff are amazing! very warm welcoming and very helpfull. Mps is a lovely place just in front of a lake, in the middle of the forrest with a nice pool. Our room was very nice: big, new furniture and always clean! Breakfast was amazing: fresh juices, fruits, omelette, jam ecc. ecc. Absolutly reccomend. Dambulla is a perfect place where staying to visit Pollonaruwa and Sigiria.

Review 5：Wifi only worked well in room. Pool was a disappointment. It looked inviting but the water was cloudy. We didn't use it.

Review 10：The room is full of insects and lizards. The ground floor superior deluxe room was very bad, the miror was broken, one of the chairs the same, the fridge full of water. We asked to change the room but no availability for that night. We had to sleep in a standard room wich is very small with old furniture and dirty walls. The next day they changed our room with another one very clean and without lizards. Breakfast very poor.

Review 12：I would suggest to not take the NORMAL room because is not perfect clean and old with also several insect and NO window at all.

Review 13：The place is really nice, the staff is nice and view on the lake is wonderful. We have been some days and we really enjoyed the stay, the restaurant and the swimmingpool. We suggest to taste the Srilankan breakfast! The SUPERIOR room is really nice and perfect.

Review 14：The hotel is located about 6-7 km from Dambulla city on the way to Kandi, but from the Highway you will need to take a diversion for 3km. The only means to reach this place from the highway junction is by highly priced tuk tuk's. They give an option of continental and Srilankan breakfast.. and the Srilankan breakfast was never provided but was always promised to be served on the following day. Rooms are very basic and with lots of ants. Do not open the windows and doors to avoid insects and mosquitoes..(You will also find this warning on their doors) The most annoying part was the staff (at the restaurant and the room service) wish you mercilessly. Both me and my wife found it too intruding. The isolated location made it look more scary.
