Review 1：No Air Conditioner, 2nd room is extremly small

Review 2：Very clean & new, has many good facilities for self catering, has an awesome view for the lake through balcony & window.

Review 3：Road between apt and lake is pretty busy and noisy. We couldn't sleep with window open.

Review 4：Comfortable apt well decorated and stocked. Good for 2-3 people but would be a squeeze with more. Very relaxing. Easy 15 min walk to Varenna with great little food store and restaurant in town itself.
