Review 1：I was upgraded to a spacious double room at no extra cost. The staff were all friendly, everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Review 8：I think the hotel room I stayed in requires an armchair or something equally relaxing in which to sit; the hard chair offered or the bed are not comfortable options. The computer in reception is rather slow to function.
Review 9：I felt welcomed and the staff were all friendly. Staff were attentive yet gave me space to enjoy my stay. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is located well for easy access to the town centre, shops and supermarkets. In short, I felt comfortable there and would not hesitate to stay there again should I need hotel accommodation in Saluzzo.
