Review 3：The pool was absolutely ice cold.The shower had no shower door nor curtain so water flooded throughout bathroom into other room.The walk to the beach was poorly advertised and involved walking through an industrial compound almost, not so safe if one was alone.

Review 9：The Breakfast finishes at 10.30 we went down once for it and the coffee machine was not great pressed white coffee and it looked like powered milk that was used as has white bits floating on coffee also as its a holiday destination maybe breakfast could finish at 11.

Review 12：The location was absolutely fantastic. Ideally located in the marina and close to the beach and town. WIFI was strong no matter where we were including when in the cafes closely. Really big pool with adequate number of sun loungers. The bar staff were really friendly along with the reception staff. They made reservations for us on a number of occasions.

Review 13：What I found to be very disappointing were the final touches to the room that would have made it far better than it was. We had only two tiny little pillows, we ask and received more, the mattress need extra padding as you felt all the indentations through the thin sheet, the TV was also tiny and the two armchairs were uncomfortable.

Review 14：We liked the location, away from the main strip. The room and the bathroom bright and large and we had an excellent view of the pool area and the harbour.

Review 15：We didn't like that the two bedroom suites had one King size bed and the other had two single beds - this isn't very convenient for two couples who are travelling. The staff members were short and not very helpful. It took staff about 3 hours to bring us glasses and towels.

Review 19：Large numbers of american teenagers (approx 30 plus!) Were accommodated in the flats above, alongside and below us on our final night. We were disturbed at night with shouting, doorbell ringing and other noise which also woke up baby. Not acceptable in a complex of this standard and spoilt holiday.

You have to pay for the spa and the indoor pool which is unusual for a high end property and rates are not cheap

I read a few negative reviews and I was surprised as we found the place really nice and so handy to Lagos. We had a car and got free parking in a garage underground. You can order take away or get food delivered to your room. Air con in all the rooms and balcony was very big

Review 28：Fantastic hotel in a great location close to train and bus station and all the shops and restaurants. I was there with my friend and her 4year old great pool although we did notice that people who weren't staying at the hotel where using the loungers so sometimes there where none if you didn't get down early!! Room was excellent very clean and comfortable our hairdryer didn't work but it was replaced instantly all staff where very friendly.

Review 29：Cleaning left a little to be desired, nothing serious, just the floors were not as clean as might be expected from a 4* complex. Bathrooms are beginning to show their age.

Review 30：Ideally placed, close to the city centre (5-10 minutes walk) and Meia Praia beach (also 5-10 minutes walk). Large, spacious rooms, ideal for families, and fairly reasonable kitchen facilities, ideal for self-catering. Excellent (free) WIFI coverage in the apartments and all public spaces, including the pool. The swimming pool was both large and deep, 1.8m over most of its length, with a small "paddling" pool (and "water mushroom") for small children/toddlers.

Review 32：It was spotlessly clean and in wonderful location in the marina, 10 mins walk from beach, 10 mins walk to town centre. (Nearest supermarket is 5 minutes walk). Great pool with plenty of sun loungers. Staff very friendly. Pool food was very good and of course happy hour! Apartments were very spacious, well equipped and spotless.

Review 45：Very overpriced & my daughter had to sleep on a sofa bed £3,500 Beds - terrible. I had to take a pain killer the final night of my stay because the was so hard. The sun beds were dirty & Very Very uncomfortable. The staff never walked by & said good morning, hello nothing. breakfast room had a young long haired girl pleasant & a very young man but the rest were too busy chatting. Scrambled eggs (slop) & toaster painful & slow. Watch out for the noisy 'so called' children's time on the grass right near were we laid - blow your ear drums out & yet NO children playing & asked the reception lady could they turn it down & she was most unhelpful & did not facilitate the request.

Review 47：The hotel pool is quite small for the number of people accessing it. The apartments around the hotel seem to have access to the pool area as well which makes it hard to be able to secure a sunbed unless you want to get up at 7.00 a.m. The room although clean and modern, lacks storage space. There are no drawers and not enough hangers. a short stay in this hotel would be ok but any longer no. The top price in this hotel is not worth it.

Review 52：My daughter and I are over the moon with the hotel, it's location, facilities and staff. The suite has a very modern kitchen diner with all the equipment necessary to make your holiday run smoothly. There is an awesome bathroom with bath,rain shower and bidet . The balcony area is great , you even have your own concealed washing line! . Air conditioning is excellent. The hotel is spotless and I must thank the domestic team who do an absolutely cracking job. There is a supermarket about 10 mins away and there are so many eating places close at hand. The train and bus stations are nearby too, which is useful to visit other places.would recommend the comfortable 4wheel drive sunset trip to Cape San Vincente. (Natura tours) also Bom Dia boat trips to Grotto. There is a free shuttle to the beach which can be arranged at reception. In fact they will arrange anything you like at reception from trips, cars, babysitters, flowers the list is endless. The state of the art gym, sauna and heated jacuzzi pool can be used for a 10 euro per day fee but if you have a spa treatment the use is free. The spa is reasonable , cheaper than UK, treatments were excellent.Pool towels can be collected here free of charge .just give your room number. The pool is awesome and big so there is room for all. There is also a pool for very young children. There are a mix of people staying here,younger, older and families too. It is perfect for families. All children look blissfully happy and relaxed parents too! The restaurant overlooks the Marina and it is lovely as you have the option to have a table outside looking onto this, or a table inside or one looking onto the pool. If you are in a quandary about where to go, do not hesitate to come here, it will not let you down. It is perfect for every occasion. We changed hotel about three days before departure. My ! Are we glad we did,

Review 53：we enjoyed a lot if you are traveling by bus please make sure you get logos ticket not Faro. we travelled via Sevilla and had to leave the car rental in Spain. we got ticket for Faro and 100 e taxi to logos The swimming pool, swimming tour was excellent

Review 58：Is a complete scam, they try to show the discount when booking but this hotel is never going to achieve its rack rate. The place smells, the suite has twin beds and with a small toddler you cannot sleep. Staff is extremely rude as it seems they are operating a sweat shop with hugely discounted traffic. Our air-conditioning did not work in the bedroom and they tried to fix it at night but they could not. Next day they again tried but it not work but I did not argue. We booked and moved into Martinhal hotel which was one of the best resorts we have ever been too.

Review 60：Beds are on the firm side which was fine for my husband but I prefer a softer mattress. However that is my only comment and its not like it stopped me sleeping, one night we slept 11 hours!!!!!

Review 61：from the moment we checked in, we knew we were going to love it here! The staff were so helpful and let us check in earlier than planned. Our studio apartment was really big and so cool, had a lovely big balcony and the furniture was minimalist but comfy. The bathroom was probably the nicest I've ever had on a holiday with an amazing rain shower. Pool area quiet and pretty, and having the marina on the doorstep just made it!!! Really want to return next year to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you Marina Club for a relaxing, quiet, comfy break - just what we needed.

Review 62：Minor compared with lots of positives but . .: Some reception staff seemed miserable, bed not very comfortable, more comfortable chairs on the room balcony would have been perfect.

Review 65：We stayed in a one bed suite with a balcony overlooking the marina. The room was very spacious with modern, simple decor. It was spotless. The bed was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is in an ideal location on the beautiful marina and just a stroll away from restaurants, yet the hotel was quiet at night and perfect for families. We booked the 4* but the 3* apartment is bigger and is sharing the same facilities, the only reason it is 3* is because it doesn't have a lift! I would highly recommend this resort and would love to go back again.

Review 66：Beds and pillows were a little hard, took some getting used to. Wifi code needed to be entered everyday (maybe our phones!!!) apartment was serviced each day of our stay. Very clean.

Staff made no effort to show off the complex or it's surrounding area or even show you to the location of your apartment (even arriving late, tired and with luggage). Much better value at the nearby marina. Wifi was good before 7am but very poor afterwards.

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable... we had a very large balcony that overlooked the pool and bar area. The reception staff organised our shuttle from Faro airport and the hire car so all we had to do was pack our bags and go!! Would definitely recommend this hotel to couples and families as very safe and close to all amenities.

Review 105：Free Wifi, very spacious apartment, all you need for self catering, very helpful staff, location, just on the marina, close to plenty of eateries, and, a short walk to the beach. Close to the train station for an easy trip to other resorts.

Review 106：The hotel does a little trick saying that cheaper rooms have "land view". Misled by this I booked one. It turned out that "land view" means that the room windows and balcony is facing street and parking lot. So you have a traffic less than 3 meters from where you stay. Had I known that I would have never booked such a room. After long row at check-in with hotels manager about what "land" means I was given a room on the other side away from street. I was there after 4 hour trip with my son, tired so I did not have energy to look for other hotel.

Review 108：We stayed for 3 nights at the end of a week long trip elsewhere with our 2 young children. They loved the pool area, which was very well maintained. It was busy & could be tricky to find a sun lounger....a lot were annoyingly "reserved" by towels first thing in the morning. The apartment (2 bed, 3 star) was clean and spacious. Only criticism being that the beds were not very comfortable. Overall a great spot to stay to experience Lagos, but don't go if you want peace and quiet.

Review 109：Breakfast was good although I'm not sure it's worth 9 euros. The sofa in the room wasn't that comfy and it could have done with having some cushions. There weren't many sun umbrellas around the pool and the ones that were there were fixed. It would have been good to have more as it was very hot during the day and there was no shade.

Review 110：The room was very nice and spacious. We stayed in an apartment and there was a lot of kitchen equipment provided. Very close to a supermarket which was great. We were only staying for 3 nights so we didn't use those facilities that often but we did use them a little bit. Bed was comfy. Hotel was near to the marina, about a 10-15 minute walk to the historic centre and a 10 minute walk from meia beach. You could also walk to other beaches or if you wanted get a taxi. Hotel provided towels for the pool and there was a nice spa. Good wifi.
