Review 1：Miss Fara, the telephony was annoying with stressfull voice tone. Found dust on work table n mirror.

Review 3：Water dripped from the ceiling suspected from the acond system..room's carpet was flooded with water..bravo with prompt action by your staff by transferring us to other room with a nice outside view n comfortable.i was checked in at midnight and changed room at 2am.Tq.

Review 5：The spoilt armchair in the room. Requested earlier for a higher floor room (7,8,9 or 10th floor) but only managed to get it on the 5th floor (dislikes).

Review 6：The breakfast buffet was really fantastic and I loved the Nestle yoghurt so much. Mr. Ruzai at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time. Swimming pool was very clean and peaceful. Stunning view of the magnificient mosque.

Review 25：Have requested the staff of concorde hotel ro arrange a surprise birthday party for one of our friend and did not expect them to do all that compliments from the hotel. We even got a room upgrade by them. They also make sure that we had a great time there and assist us with full professionalism. Will never forgwt this experience.

Review 27：It was OK as far as a hotel goes friendly staff and good service.There is a Jap restaruant 65/100,the coffee house menu has improved a lot from the previous times i have been there, 90/100 Chef was very good when they forgot an order and rectified the problem immediately,food was good too..It is a very Malay enviroment being in Shah Alam but that does not detract the visitor, nice cultural touch,big swimming pool.Like the Hotel.Will be booking again for sure.

Review 28：WiFi worked only in toilet in room. After pulling shut room door behind me, it didnt lock. Luckily I did a check. I was asked to slam door hard to get lock to work.It did, but other room guest would have been8 annoyed.

Review 34：This is my third stay this year but unfortunately I am somewhat disappointed with the room service. On the second day I was left with one towel instead of the usual two. Also the toiletries were not replaced.

Review 39：It's a very functional place, suitable for low-key business meetings. The food is all acceptable, and they have a large pool. The mosque across the road is quite impressive, quite beautiful from a distance.

Review 40：The air-cord in my room is not functioning well. I think it is time to call for service. The whole hotel seems very quiet partly because it was a Raya holidays and all the shops were closed! The basement parking is kinda dirty and smells horrible! I wander why there is no lift connected from basement parking to lobby as we need to carry our luggages and climbed up stairs to reach the hotel lobby!

Review 42：The front desk service is bad. I had booked room with king bed but when check in，they without inform me just give me a room with twin bed. I have to carry all my luggage go down and ask for change.. First time in my life stay in a 4 Star hotel with such service standard.

Review 46：- Rooms are quite well equipped but all of furnitures are old. Old iron and ironing board. Kettle that you need to switch on for few times. TV that from the time to time you need to unplug from socket and then keep trying. From the time to tame fuses will gone so you need to call for maintenance. - Not competent service, example: I was asking for mini bar restock for two days, cleaner usually forgets about coffee or tea for your mini bar, laundry should be returned on the next day but you need to chase them when after three days is not in your room. - Room Service hmmm, instead of 30 minutes usually takes over 1h to get food. Once you have it, they are bringing dirty trolley to your room and leaving inside. You have take food from the box under trolley and serve your self. Once I opened and half of burger fallen on the floor. Instead of ice in the glass you will just find water. - Very slow lifts/elevators. There is 4 of them but they are not synchronised, so you waiting for 5 minutes and then all of them open at the same time. - Service in the main buffet is quite poor, usually need to keep asking for coffee, fork or spoon. - The biggest ISSUE is internet connection. You will get 512mb shared connection. Almost every day is not working for few hours so forget about business. Every 24h you need to login using password to start counter. In reality you have to do this every few hours. Sometimes wasting 30 minutes and keep trying to put the password. NIGHTMARE. - Beautiful mosque on the from of the windows, but I guarantee that every morning at 5am you will be woke up by the singing people.

Review 47：- Amazing swimming pool, - Incredible gym with plenty of equipment, - Very nice personnel, - Premier Club with access to Premier Lodge, - Every night two music live bands (one in the main restaurant and one on the stage), - Cleaning of room includes changing of towels, - For smokers, you might be lucky to get suite on the fourth floor. Only this floor is equipped with small kitchen with microwave, fridge and dinning table and balcony. - Choice between three different restaurants (main buffet, Japanese and Thai). - Few shops in the building that you can buy souvenir, cigarettes, etc. - Nice bathrooms in the room with shower, bath and plenty of gadgets, such as electronic toilet with water spray.

Review 49：i liked the front staff inclusive the ushers ,counter with a very humble welcoming. The room i stayed was clean and comfortable. The waitress at a melting port were generous and friendly.

Staffs were friendly & helpful. The parking lift on 2nd floor was more suitable for handicapped. Dont worry, both lift at parking & room lift were pretty big. Other than that, breakfast was good. Many choices to choose. However I have to wait like more than 10 minutes for their main menu for breakfast. Maybe due to peak season. Overall, I am happy & wont be hesitate to stay again

First day of stay, hotel staff did not charge me for breakfast for kids but on second day wanted to charge me for it. However when I mentioned that they did not charge for first day breakfast, only then they gave FOC.

Review 85：The massage and steam bath is really nice. The masseuse is really well trained, they are small built size ladies but their massage is really very good. Hotel is not really new, but with nice view overlooking the blue mosque.
