Review 1：Quiet location within easy walking distance of town centre and beaches. Street parking outside hotel was always available during our stay. Comfortable hotel with welcoming and helpful staff. Stunning coastal views from breakfast terrace and across to Stromboli.

Review 7：The view from the terrace was great and it wasn't far away from the beach, but this beach wasn't sandy. The hotel offers free beds and umbrellas next to the bar at the beach.

Review 15：Unfortunately the city of Tropea must make accommodations for tourist who arrive by plane. There is no access to the town from the nearest airport of Lamezia Terme, no bus, shuttle, or train connection of any worth. The hotel will make arrangements for local taxi service to and from Tropea at the cost of 70 Euros; round trip taxi service cost more than my round-trip airline ticket from and back to Rome. Unless one has a car, that is the only way to get there! Most inconvenient
Review 16：The location of the hotel itself is magnificent, on a bluff overlooking the sea in a quiet part of Tropea away from the tourist rush, but within a 7 minute walking distance to restaurants, city center, shops, etc., all of which made for a quiet, tranquil stay with only the lapping of the waves as the sound one hears at night. The staff is more than competent; it is amazing in its ability to accommodate to guests needs. Excellent work by Rosella, Stefania, and Salvatore! Breakfast on the terrace just off of the dining room is pure delight, as is just sitting there in the late evening. The rooms (mine) is comfortable for one person, but might be bit cramped for 2, and the furnishing is a bit "dated". The dining room and lounges have a "grand dame" feel, and the poor lighting in the lounge does not make it conducive for reading, but nonetheless is very restful and relaxing. The hotel is exactly what I was looking for, a quiet place with easy access to the beach (via private, but somewhat steep steps) down to the sea. (Not recommended for the elderly or infirm)

Review 18：Location, location - beautiful spot on the coast, Tropea a hidden gem. Staff Stephanie and Salvatore were fantastic - so helpful in every way and we did feel sorry for Salvatore, don't think this poor man had time to go to bed! He was Superman! Hotel badly needs a refurb - getting very tired in every way. Staff made up for that. Parking outside was excellent. Location made up for any problems.
Review 19：It's close to beach, but mainly accessible by 8-story high (just a guess) steps built into cliff. It's almost impossible to drive it because of the layout of the town. But if you can make the climb, it's quite nice. Not much around the hotel if you want to take a stroll in evening.
Review 20：Very charming, nice room with balcony, excellent staff. The views from the terrazzo are like a postcard. The restaurant food is good, homemade style. Also close to beach, with one little glitch ( see negative comments). Nice cafe at beach, which offers discount on chaises and umbrellas to hotel guests. One big plus is that parking is easily available.
