Review 2：Very nice hotel with a nice terrace restaurant with a beautiful mountain view. Room was big enough, breakfast was good. Close to the lake (15min. by walk).

Review 13：The food, standard of cleanliness, helpfulness of staff were excellent. The hotel was extremely well kept, with a high standard of furnishings. It was set in a lovely quiet location with wonderful views and the provision of a shuttle bus to and from Scheffau.

Review 14：The menu could have been explained in English for those who do not understand German. The rooms could have been equipped with a small refrigerator to store cold water and sandwiches for those who would trek around. Would have been nice to be able to pay for meals with credit card so as not to need to make two different payments.

Review 15：The staff were friendly and very helpful. Food at the hotel was top class. Rooms were clean , spacious and well kept. Very relaxing atmosphere up in the mountains. Balcony view with flowers all around.. A great place for the adventure types both summer and winter . Lake within walking distance.. Free bus service to various towns around. Children and animal friendly . Free Parking . For winter sports , place for skiing equipment. Perfect view of Mountains. Helpful broucheres to assist travelers. Breakfast included and also half pension availble.

Review 17：The location was wonderful, so peaceful, near to the lake and there were lovely walking routes all around. The whole place was absolutely spotless and the breakfast was very good. Our room was comfortable and the shower was especially good. We would definitely stay there again.

Review 18：Was using this as a base for sking, situated about 3km from the slopes. Had a car and drove each day, the road was a mountain road(steep winding) not for the faint hearted driver. Was really worried about the roads but they clear the roads frequently from about 6.30 each morning which is pretty incredible as there could easily be a 3 or 4 foot snow dump. Once you get used to it's fine. The hotel does provide a shuttle service a few times a day which I found out on my last day.
