Review 1：Extreme humidity in the room. The staff working in the garden in the morning was very loud;talking,laughing, whistling right next to the open window. Would not let us sleep. Room #26. The breakfast was not worth a 4-star hotel at all.

Review 10：Water pressure was hit and miss and we had a projector for a tv which did not work. We were advised that it would be fixed however it was not.
Review 11：Location was fantastic a beautiful town. Our room was large as was the shower. Internet was ok.
Review 12：The hotel itself is beautiful however it needs serious up-dating, redecorating and modernising. The tv didn't work, the telephone didn't work, the room was not cleaned because the staff didn't have a spare room key!
Review 13：Run down. Many things didn't work. No bar facilities. Many stairs within the hotel and no lift. Very difficult for our travel companion who is slightly disabled.

Horrible service, felt like we were a bother, asked for things, they didn't want to help. Rooms not up to par, for guests, expensive for what you get. Didn't get out of bed to have breakfast, so can't comment. Water was scolding HOT all of a sudden, without changing tap. Beds were poor, felt like I was sleeping on Coils.

Review 18：Very cute and quaint hotel. Typically Italian. Loved the decor, gardens, outdoor tables and patios. Breakfast terrace was really nice, and the hotel location is fantastic.

Review 25：Our first room was literally falling apart (door frame was falling off the wall), the shower leaked and the plug in the bath didn't work. Management were kind and moved us the next day. Second room was smaller but nice, though spa still didn't work. Mattresses in both rooms were incredibly uncomfortable. We cannot state enough how awful it is to try to sleep with springs poking you in the back.

Review 37：The rooms were spacious at least the two we booked. I was travelling with my family and I think one of the rooms (the triple) would accomodated a family with 3 children. The hotel has a Tuscan theme which is a little odd for Tropea but they were very nice. We had a massive bathroom with a separate tub and shower. The hotel is a 15 -20 min walk to the beach but perfect for an evening stroll in town. The manager Salvatore and his staff were very helpful. I would recommend this hotel.
Review 38：Arriving at night, there was nothing to indicate we were at the correct location. No sign or anything. The WiFi signal was not strong enough to provide us internet in our room and we had to sit in the courtyard to get internet. Bed was hard and the room was in a renovation state. Bathroom had areas cut in the tile, hole in ceiling, etc.
