Review 1：Stayed in the cheaper rooms - better pay 5€ more and stay in the better rooms.

Review 4：The location is excellent, right off the autostrada. Breakfast is good with quite a variety of choices. Parking right on site is free and plentiful. The rooms are very large, comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. Large bathroom as well.

Review 5：Staff was not interested in clients. Not even a 'good morning' at breakfast. Because there was a problem in one of our 2 rooms, we had to sleep all in a 2pers room. (Children slept on the floor). No help of any kind. Had to carry mattresses ourselves. Never had such a bad experience. I am sorry but I would say; Avoid this Hotel! There are plenty good Hotels around!

Review 7：The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel as they claim! The hotel itself is very old, the corridor going into the rooms looked very dodgy.. Wallpaper and carpet very old and dirty.. The rooms albeit big were filthy.. Spider webs in corners plus huge disgusting black cockroaches on the walls.. Very unacceptable for an allegedly 4 stars hotel in Milan.. The water in the shower collects at the feet and takes ages to go down the drain.. Again very unpleasant! As I woke up in the morning and a family member decided to open the curtain.. a huge insects jumped from the curtain on at my head and being an insect freak screamed and tried to escape from the hotel as soon as I could! Breakfast was included in my package but I had no appetite for food after my horrendous night sleep experience! We tried to speak to the manager but got no help whatsoever from the reception staff.. They even refused to give us his/her name!! Wifi was available but not good at all! Please do NOT stay at this hotel.. Especially if cleanliness matters to you! In fact it is simply the worst hotel experience I have ever had in all of Europe, America and Asia! No value for money either! Was not cheap to book!

Review 8：Stayed for one night with a group of friends.. Hotel is not too far out from Milan.. 40 minutes by car.. Staff were polite enough but that is all good I can say about the hotel!

Very friendly staff, rooms are more worth than their price, breakfast is good, high comfort (bar open until late, free w-lan, confortable beds, quality blankets, spacious bathrooms...)

Review 11：The pictures of the rooms were probably taken when the hotel was new, maybe 20 years ago? It seemed the furnishings were all original. Not that that was a problem, but the hotel is in need of some renovation. Carpets and curtains were dated, but clean as the rest of the hotel.

Review 12：There was plenty of free parking, above and underground. There was a good choice of breakfast items. The bathroom was spacious. The WiFi worked fine. The hotel is 1 min from the highway, but not close enough to hear it. Credit is due to the cleaning staff.

Yet when I asked if it was possible to order from that menu in the restaurant the answer was 'No'. The service is veeeery slow, though it was not very busy. Kids ended up hungry because it was already too late to go anywhere else.

Review 18：We were driving to Luxembourg from Ancona, and since it was a long drive, we decided to spend the night somewhere close to the swiss borders. The hotel was perfect for our purpose, as it was just outside the A9 highway, so we didn't have to diverge from our route. The room was large and very clean and the breakfast offered a lot of choices. Definitely a good choice for travelers on the highway and value for money too!

Review 19：The rooms are over aged, over heated and not really clean (do not look under the beds!), one of our rooms had no warm bed sheds. As we asked for it, we got one to make the bed for ourselves. The woman from the reception seemed not to be interested in service at all.

Review 105：This was our second stay at this hotel. We travel often from Germany toItaly and we like to stay as close to the autostrada as possible. Westayed many times at another hotel and decided to try something new. Onour first stay at this hotel, on our way to Tuscany, we were verypleasantly surprised. This stay (on our way back) was somethingdifferent. We were given a room with a king bed and a twin whichsurprised us since we did not book a room for three people. This reducedthe space quite a bit. It did not appear to be a question of the hotelbeing full because it was actually quite empty.

Review 106：I would improve the shower by putting the shower head lower and on an extension. The head is up near the ceiling so there is no way to adjust it. You have to turn on the water and adjust the temperature while standing outside the shower because there is no way to get out of the way of the water to avoid being scalded or frozen before you get the temperature to where it should be. Concerning the breakfast, the only recommendation I would make is to change the hot dogs that are served alongside the scrambled eggs to either bacon or sausage.

Review 107：We had a very nice room - quite spacious with a large king bed. The bathroom is also very large, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The breakfast is also very good with just about everything you could wish to have. In all, we were very satisfied and the problems are small compared to the positive aspects of the hotel.

Review 108：Restaurant not available on weekends. The "autogrill" located on theother side of the Autostrada exit opposite the Hotel is not recommendedat all. The food was terrible and it was a hang out for prostitutes andsmall criminals. Not a place to go with family and small children. Verydirty and totally run down.
