Review 2：Love the newness of the property, looked better than photos! Nice new modern bathroom and spacious living area with balcony! Had a pool and nice restaurant you could eat at, didn't even need to leave hotel!!

Review 11：The view of the inlet, sea and beach is fantastic. The room actually consists of entry / bedroom with two single beds, hallway / bathroom, master room / kitchen / living, and a decent size balcony with 4 person table and chairs.

Review 14：No body in the hotel on duty for breakfast and had to keep finding someone and then she was inexperienced and failed to provide everything like marmalade.

Review 15：Not really a negative. It was very chilly on the night we stayed and had booked a 'double double' room. Heating only seemed to be available in one bedroom (the pull down bed) which was fine as we were a couple and used one of the beds only (the one with a very effective heater which warmed the room in no time). However, if this had been booked for two friends rather than partners, one would have had to stay in a very cold room (I have slept in yurts and tents abroad before now and would not have liked having to sleep in this room). As I say it wasn't an issue, and the motelier may well have been more than able to offer a heater on request had they been asked, but I was surprised. Just something to note.

Review 16：Rooms were immaculate, stylish and with ace kitchen facilities and coffee machine. Wifi excellent, restaurant food (a bit pricey) but fantastic quality. Friendly welcome - especially as we'd checked in late and the restaurant was about to close. The restaurant stayed open a few minutes longer to feed us (starving and tired having driven from Katoomba). Also, before checking out I went down to the sea and...fell in - soaking my new jeans. We drove back to the motel and they very kindly washed and dried them in time for my check-out time. Can't say fairer than that, can you? I wished we'd stayed in Narooma a second night but had to leave after only one. I'd definitely stay here again. Can't comment on breakfast as it was at an extra cost and had this at a cafe in the town.

Review 31：We had the lower-placed suite with a balcony which supposedly had "mountain views". It certainly does NOT have mountain views, only a view of the car park and two skip bins. Also very noisy when the shower above is used and the sliding door above opening is like thunder.

Review 35：Booking.com let us down. We booked 2 rooms, but when we arrived they only had one room for us. They were fully booked so they organised another room in another motel. Please explain why they only had one room for us? What will you do to ensure we use booking.com again? Pretty annoying after driving 8 hours and just wanting a shower and a rest.

Review 37：We had a wonderful room with a large terrace on the first floor with views over to the coast. Large lounge so it would have been perfect for a longer stay.

Review 39：We stayed one night en route from Sydney to Melbourne (slowly!) and now wish that we had had the time to stay longer. We were in room 18 (ask for this one if you can - think it is one of the best) - refurbished, lots of space, brilliant en-suite, clean, with superb view and altogether excellent. Owners said that they personally immediately check bookings through Booking.com, and do not leave you in the inferior room these 'best-deal' sites sometimes throw up by default. Cannot fault this stop-over for location, facilities, comfort and welcoming owners. If you are visiting from the UK, give it a try!! PS. Narooma is also a great little town!

Review 55：The ambience and general appearance was good, yes, a little dated externally but the bedrooms and bathroom were truly excellent, far better than we expected and certainly the best one we have stated in whilst in Australia (6 others). Staff at all levels were helpful and kind and obviously committed. The quality of the renovation work was excellent, however, when we stayed there an awful storm did cause some rain penetration to the dining and office area. It is to be hoped that this did not affect the newly renovated parts

Review 58：the place could have been much cleaner. We didn't use the towels as they smelt like cooking smells, like they weren't cleaned properly. the facecloth was yellow. the bedding and towels could do with an upgrade in terms of trend and of course hygiene issues.
