Review 1：The bathroom needs a renovation (water from the shower doesn´t drain, faucet at the sink doesn´t hold so you need two hands so that water flow, it is very dark and the light doesn´t help much). There is no TV in the room as reported. The employee at the front desk looked quite bored.

Review 2：The hotel is in the middle of beautiful but little bit wild nature, very quiet place (of course you can hear the birds singing and the sound of the jungle), great for relaxation (impossible to find without GPS). Breakfast and dinner was tasty and varied, you can choose European or Sri Lankan food. The pool area is very nice.

Review 3：Initial note: Our rooms were located in the new wing of the hotel, however... 1) Bedsheets were not changed for both the rooms i booked and there were stains (red and brown) on the bedsheets and pillow cases. 2) We had no hot water on our first night in both rooms, as there were no phones in our room, we couldn't call the reception / house keeping and it is too dark to walk out to the reception area 2) our rooms facilities such as toilet seemed pretty run down. we turned the tap in the sink and screws dropped off, by the 3rd time we turned on the tap, 3 screws had dropped. 3) Breakfast selection was simple and buffet served cold for some dishes, however, there were a few sri lankan and western selections 4) Check-out from the hotel was terrible. made the reservation via booking.com and had quite an annoyance over the calculation of the room rates as the final bill came up to be very different as that of the estimated costs via booking.com. Reason - the hotel reception manager insisted that the payment was reflected in USD, however, they will calculate the costs in LKR based on the checkout date and re-convert back into USD rate for our payment. As such, they were able to play around with the USD = LKR rate as it was up to the hotel management to determine the rate.

Review 4：Balcony overlooking the trees and the sounds of nature (birds) that wakes you at 6 plus in the morning. This is a very natural hotel, as in there were tonnes of insects in the room, as such, i will put this as a plus point for the hotel.

Review 5：The rooms were dirty, and weren't cleaned for the second night. The tv's were broken or weren't there. Furniture and fittings were in very poor repair. Food choice and quality was limited.

Review 7：Nothing much to complain about. I could complain about bugs but keep in mind that you're in the middle of the jungle where bugs should be. But it will be nice if room service would sweep all these dead bugs out of the room from time to time.

Review 8：I didn't expect much from that hotel especially for that price but it became a big and pleasant surprise for me. This is a perfect place if you're looking for a great escape from civilization. It is located between Dambulla and Sigiriya and it's comfortable to get to both of these attractions. Nice pool area with hammock it was very nice to lay there and watch after birds. Very attentive and helpful staff.

Review 9：Too much - the following negatives are ordered chronologically: 1. It is very far from everything, in the middle of nowhere 2. After checking in we wanted to have dinner (it was around 6pm) but were told they only cook after 8pm (?) but they can make some noodles. The food was not very good and definitely not worth the price (quite expensive). Chicken noodles consisted of chicken neck (you can hardly find meat, has only bones). 3. While eating a staff member approached me saying they need to take one bed from our room (only later we found out they gave us a room with a double bed and an extra bed, I don't know why). I told him OK but when I finish eating. He came back 2 minutes later insisting he needs to take it now and I must go open the roomfor him now (?). 4. After dinner we realised our room had no WiFi and no TV - I came to complain since we're paying 55$ per night including WiFi and TV. The manager said they are fully booked and cannot change our room but offered us 10$ discount - which is OK just be aware if you need WiFi or want TV. 5. Next morning while checking out different manager was present (a young rude man) who asked us to pay 3% extra when using card (claiming it is a government tax when we use credit card - nive try :)) and when I said this information doesn't appear anywhere

Review 16：The hotel restaurant not of good quality in both service and food selection. Toilet was clogged, water flooded all over bathroom. The satellite signal on the television was poor. No refrigerator inside the room.

Review 19：It was my birthday the day i checked in and I was pleasantly surprised with a 'Happy Birthday Mona' message written with leaves and flowers on our bed. That was quite sweet & thoughtful of the resort owner. This suits people who are basically looking for a simple, clean, basic hotel with no frills. Food is good. The owner is currently building more rooms and a swimming pool.

Review 20：Very low water pressure, poor breakfast.

Review 21：The hotel is further from the busy roads, so it is quiet! You will meet small geckos on walls everywhere, don`t be afraid of them :) Breakfast is simple, but on the whole it is worth for the money!

Review 22：the wifi is only working in the restaurannt the bathroom was very dirty and with not enough light the place is far away from Dambulla so you definitely have to take tuk tuk to get there

Review 25：Very Nice Place! In the midst of the jungle, way off everythin, veryquiet, all green. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The porchI had in room 79 granted me the most privacy ever. Staff is verydecent and helpful. Very nice stay for relaxing and peacefulevenings. I loved it.

Review 27：Nice Place Hotel is located on a quiet location in the countryside but still it is easy to visit all the Triangle sites. Very friendly staff, nice and clean rooms with your own veranda or balcony in a quiet garden.
