Review 1：Staff are either comletely incompetent or dishonest when taking money. My girlfriend's card was "declined" several times before I paid with my own card. Upon returning home we noticed on statements that payment had been taken twice. This process also lasted several hours whereby we were disturbed in our room three times during the course of the evening as they brought the card machine to us repeatedly. The price was also misleading whereby it didn't include sales tax when it appeared to (puedo entender espanol tambien y mi novia es de mexico). Further charges meant that the final price was around 30% higher than we expected. Finally, the included "breakfast" was of a low standard. Poor cereal fit only for children & bad coffee. A refund for the amount overcharged was received, not without exerting ourselves far more than we should have had to.
