Review 1：Breakfast is on a boat restaurant across the road my advice unless you like stone cold food source your own at one of the local cafes staff will not heat your food even when requested food is not good value for money.
Review 2：Friendly staff eager to help but only one person spoke English. But all in all a good experience excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Would definitely stay there again. Only a short walk to a very big market. Hotel is right on the river so good views from the hotel.
Review 3：The rooms are advertized as having a balcony, though there is no direct balcony access from the room. The balconies seem wasted as there are no chairs and tables to enjoy the beautiful view. All in all the hotel made a sterile impression. The personnel was helpful, but barely spoke any English.
Review 4：The hotel is located on the riverfront of the Mekong. It's slightly outside the centre of Pakse, but still a walking distance away from the main attractions in the city. Our room was spatious and for laotian standards very clean.
Review 5：The hotel doesn't provide breakfast and you have to go out to get breakfast. There are lots of restaurants but not a lot of western options unless you go into town (10 min walk). The shower controls were weird.

Review 7：The staff have very poor English which makes it very difficult. I just landed in Laos and I needed to get organized- that's not the place. The room cleanses was ok but nothing more. It looks as if this hotel is still stuck in the 80's

Review 9：No speak english staffs but they were definately kind and friendly to me. If u need any help, ask staff 'mama' to have information what you need. 'Mama', she is owner of hotel. She always smile and has no problem of answering your question.

Review 18：The warm shower turned suddenly boiling hot... And, well the taps have a special logic, too The location on the map is not correct. Map shows the hotel on the bend of the road, it is more towards south. Some distance.
