Review 1：Booked a 3 pax room but only 2 bottles of mineral water. Not a big issue as they provides water dispenser near the reception area.
Review 2：Value for money and walking distance to jonker street. It's a simple and clean hotel. The staffs are very friendly.
Review 3：The room was quite soulless, as well as being a little musty.. Could do with new towels, the ones supplied must of been about 20 years old.

Review 21：The smell of the drains outside the room :-(A small room with virtually nothing in it. No storage, no safe, just a small desk. It means you need to keep your bags and belongings on the floor which is not very homely. The bathroom has not soap nor soap holder, nowhere for toothbrushes... At reception there is a big sign warning you about having to pay for breakages. Having to pay extra for a pillow! Pay extra for another bed.... We first met the woman of the property when she came to us asking for money. Not the nicest first impression. Pay up-front on arrival. Whenever we met her she was trying to extract money from us. E.g. buy a hat; go on a tour.

He also took us to the bus terminal after we'd checkedout saving us money on a taxi.The location is very handy for Jonker and around. Super wifi in the room. It was empty when were there which was handy! No stairs to climb. Easy for us with our buggy.

I have a good experience that I had left my small camera at hotel while check out, the staff call me the next day and courier it back to me. Their honest & friendly attitude and the location of the hotel, I will consider stay again on my next visit to Melaka.
