Review 1：Very inconvenient appartment, toilets very badly designed, no double beds, windows and shutters pourly maintained and some broken. No sofa!!! Instead a wooden bench.

Review 3：Wifi was weak, only working well in the kitchen area. The apartment under the stairs has no couch. We missed this as a bench of kitchen chair was the only seating after the kids went to bed.
Review 4：We had a lovely apartment, there are several on the property and ours was the one with the front door under the stairs. It has a built-in cave! It was comfortable for 5 people, also, the heat worked great as it got cold at the end of October. A spa-feel bathroom and tons of hot water. We used the provided river towels after river play. We used the provided bikes to ride. We also used the fan, the washing machine, and drying racks, nice extras. There were enough blankets too. Chiara was our liaison and she is gracious and happy, with good English skills, and she came over one night when called to help us with heat as it had grown chilly. We loved the courtyard and grilled on the provided wood fire, we also used the giant stone courtyard tub. The apartment is humid, but has a dehumidifier. We enjoyed the hiking and the very small village feel, and found day-trips to Siena and Florence easy and worthwhile. A large grocery store is 10 minutes away in Rosia.

Review 13：We stayed for 2 nights in the 1 bed apartment. Good size space for 2 people. Facilities are amazing - a beautiful bathroom, very well equipped kitchen with cooking oil, jams, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, comfortable bed. Washing machine was a big bonus as we were able to wash and dry our clothes on the outside clothes horse without extra payment. Very close to the river which you can swim in. Wifi is excellent. Very quiet town, but is a good base to explore surrounding towns. Pizza restaurant served good pizza at a reasonable price when you don't want to cook. No trouble finding a parking space for our hire car. The lady that checked us in did not speak a lot of english however we were able to communicate easily.
