Review 1：Good parking, rooms very clean. Good value for money. The only thing letting them down was the noise from adjacent rooms very noticeable through the concrete block walls.

Review 3：Such a friendly welcome, lovely room, very clean and well kept, great shower! great room facilities in general, lovely garden area, close to town. We only stayed a night but I wished we could have stayed a week! Thank you :)
Review 4：The wifi worked on the first night only after very limited use. We found shards of glass on the bathroom floor. For some unknown reason our unit had two queen beds. We had to climb on the 2nd bed to close the curtains. Not ideal. There would be more room if the extra was a single.

Review 8：TV channel choice poor for this day in age only one channel working TV 2 The heater made a screaming noise while it heated up. We found a live weta on the curtains near the wardrobe when I drew them back in the morning ( gross) Found the motel was quite expensive in comparison to other motels our friends stayed in on main street - disappointed about that. Only 2 cups per unit which were white with coffee or tea stains ( terrible)

Review 10：Location: The motel is between the river and the train rail, not to far from the main street, with one other motel close by and other buildings. When dark, I would not walk around it is creepy. Room: Old, outdated and smelly. The bathroom smelled like urine and the towels, probably once red, were pink and very old.

Review 12：The only thing I could mention that may need updating is the towels and facecloths, it would be nice to have newer looking ones, but otherwise a fantastic place to stay.
Review 13：Friendly and happy lady at check in gave me a good image of the place from the beginning. I loved the soft bed. Room had everything I needed. Room was nice and warm. I would stay again!
Review 14：The motel advertised wifi. They provided 150 MB free. . I purchased 1gb for $10 for 24 hours. The wi fi was very slow and intermittent. Eg unable to check Facebook, could view but not send emails. Kept losing the wifi and to get back on could take ten to thirty minutes of trying. I believe it was dishonest yo sell me $10 worth of wifi when they must know it was impossible to access it.

However the other guests that were travelling with us in smaller rooms were raving about how warm their rooms were so maybe just me!
