Review 1：The beds are so hard and uncomfortable. They really should fix this. I know that other guests also thought the same. The bar by the pool closes even if there are still lots of people around who want to buy drinks. Then you have to go to the hotel bar. The coffee at breakfast must be the worst coffee I've tasted in Portugal.

Review 3：We have noticed a reduction in the quality of the room decor and general cleanliness. several items in the room need attention and the cleanliness is obviously not what it used to be.

Review 7：We spent 3 nights here on a half board basis. The rooms were good but unfortunately no double beds all twins - this ought to be clear when booking. The staff did however make the twins up as a double illustrating the nature of the staff here who always tried to please. The quality of the food was excellent with many healthy choices. All areas were clean and the grounds were very well maintained. For the money paid - it exceeded our expectations

Review 8：charge for email, first two days I refuse to pay, on our last day of stay, we needed email, we needed directions to the next location on our stay, so I paid for one day, 3 euros. Next year we will look for a Hotel with free wifi. Frank

Review 20：The pool was very cold and full of dead flies so did not go in more than once. There was only one person working on the pool bar at any one time. The staff were as efficient as they could be but there definitely needs to be more people helping as lots of guests walked away, including me after waiting for quite a while.

Review 21：The staff were extremely helpful, warm and friendly. We couldn't ask for more. The hotel was in a good location, very close to the beach. The rooms were very clean and the cleaners came regularity.

Review 22：We like the comfort and cleanliness of our room, a good breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely pools and lush gardens, very close to the beach. The staff are very helpful and friendly, overall it is a very relaxing holiday. We have been coming twice a year for the last three years, this visit our grown up children and grandson came as well, they all loved it and understand why we keep returning, which we hope to return again later this season.

Review 23：The TV was rubbish, only 6 channels that were not in English except for CBC Action which is the worst TV station I have ever seen really old 1970's programme. The TV downstairs had only sport which was always with other people around it so we could not even go downstairs. It's fine during the summer as you can go out all evening but during the quiet period when it's cold it is nice to have TV to watch.
