Review 1：There was some communication problems with my limited knowledge ofItalian with the staff. The reservation stated that the cleaning wasfor extra charge only but this was not the case. There were theecleanings during the week included. We did not realize this and wereconfused that should we let the cleaning ladies in or not and wouldthat cause us extra.The WIFI was only free for 5hrs for one device after that it costed extra. Therefore it should not be advertised as free WIFI, since it really isn't.
Review 2：Location was very good, it was close to the beach and the whole town ofTortoreto Lido was nice. The apartment was spacious and it had enoughroom for our whole family. Since we had the big penthouse suite also theterrace was excellent with great view to the sea and to the hills. Therewas a parking garage with a named spot for our apartment.
Review 3：the guy at the front desk did not speak German only English /my English is poor/ He was very kind and helpful instructions in the room are only in Italian
