Review 1：Location is not as advertised! Please be careful, this is falseadvertising as the property is actually located 7km away from the mapmarker and is not walking distance from San Teodoro. I raised this withthe staff but they were unable to offer us any form of compensationwhich was extremely unsatisfactory. We were promised a shuttle busservice to take us to/from San Teodoro but this never materialisedas the manager was seemingly never in and didn't respond to arequest to return my call. Very dissatisfied. Aside from all that theapartment is actually really nice and decent value. Just be wary it isnot as advertised. Also they don't mention that the cleaning feethat is not included is actually 70 euro.

Review 2：Apartment was clean and spacious

Review 3：The location pin point in the map was not even the residence it was the office of the staff we had to then hire a car plus taxis before hand with were not budgeted for therefor I lost out on £480 all together just on travel. Extremely unhappy

Review 4：1) I was travelling with a friend and my 3-year-old daughter. A week before the arrival I asked for an early check-in, as we had a night fly. The property management wrote this depended on availability. When we arrived a Polish couple without children were getting their keys, while we had to wait till16:30 pm!! The reason was "they arrived 5 min earlier"! 2) Inside the apartment you will find an uncomfortable bed which does not allow to feel relaxed. Ants and mosquitos at night, bothering flies at daytime. The door of the fridge does not close properly which means your food can't be stored properly. The water in the shower does not drain. 3) The wifi is working only around the pool, but never inside the apartment. Do you think it will be convenient for you? 4) The air conditioner in our apartment stopped cooling. I wrote an email to the property management on Saturday. The technician came on Monday and after examining it he said it was broken. I wrote another email to the property management asking what they would do about it. No answer ever. They just neglected my email. And it was +35 degrees Celsius every day. 5) Finally, I asked for a late check-out after all the above. We had a late flight and planned to have a shower after beach. It was refused. The manager told us our belongings would be taken to the agency in case we did not check out at 10:00 am. 6) It has to be stated in the apartment description that a car is a must if you book it. The nearest supermarket is a 5-min drive from the residence.

Review 5：1) A staff member Ilaria helped a lot with my orders before our arrival . I ordered 2 items from 2 different online shops and Ilaria kindly received the orders to pass them to me later. 2) The little terrace in front of the apartment was nice.

Review 6：The kitchen of the property was built to a high specification, so we were able to cook meals and eat them on the terrace which was great. The property is in an amazing location overlooking farms and mountains, it is a 10 minute drive to any shop or beach. This wasn't a problem for us, but people should be prepared to make this journey. It is worth it for the peace and quiet experienced at the property. The staff were friendly and helpful and we hope to return next year.

Review 7：1. There was no dishwasher, we have on reservation information, that there is. 2. You have to add to the total costs: cleaning 70€ and bed linen+towels 15€/person 3. No shops in the area - if you want to buy somethin you need to take a car app 2-3 km

Review 9：We were very impressed about people and theres hospitable.The hotelwas very nice, there were everything and we were feeling like home.Wehave interesting and magnificent trip which was organized from theagency.At all we have a splendid holiday,full of emotions andunforgettable moments.

Review 10：Salvatore,the manager was possible the most helpful person i have been fortunate to meet.His pride in the service he delivers resuts in him working tirelessly to provide,the best support for anyone staying with them. We had problems with a hire company and salvatore worked wonders to get us mobile. As for the accomodation it is beautifully appointed in lovely surroundings,that are as peaceful as they are pretty. The journey ito town is a few ks but if you want absolute peace then its a small price to pay. I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively and would normally on leave a review if disapointed,however i was so pleased with this holiday i would not hesitate to recomend these apartments to anyone. GO and see salvtore and the beautiful san teodore you will not be disapointed.

Review 11：when booking this place the map is not showing where the apartment is but where you pick up the key to the apartment, this is very misleading final cleaning is not included, but there is nothing to do the cleaning with, just a broome

Review 14：The apartment had good sized rooms and a great sized living area. It had a washing machine which was fab and we asked for a fan which the office staff provided for us. Great swimming pool and free parking.

Review 15：Very poor cleanness of the apartment. They will charge you extra 70euros for cleaning and electricity+water! Swimming pool was always dirty and there were dead flies or bugs floating in the water everyday. Very far from shops and beaches.

Review 26：The apartment was very spacious and located very idyllic and peaceful. It was extremely quiet, you could only hear the birds and the donkey =). Two balconys with fantastic view and you can have your breakfast/dinner there. Very cool. Anything you needed, the guys from the agency directly took care of it. It is also possible to barbecue there. It is a however 10km from San Teodoro but if one has a rental car, that is not a problem at all. The beach "La Cinta" is for sure worth a visit.

Review 28：We stayed in Residence Smeralda from 03.5 till 17.05.Very good place,till the sea abt 5-10 min,but with the car.Kitchen staff was perfect,all necessary equipment,and if we need something we just call to the reception and within hour they will bring you what you need.In apparts there is a big backyard where our children can play,unfortunatelly water pool start working only from 1st of june.Also in this apparts we had a washing machine.One big king size bad,two smals beds,and one more sofa/bad.It's a very great apparts for family with small kids.3 min till the shops.From the window a great view.
