Review 1：Sometimes we had a bit problem to find staff to ask for something. Internet should be a bit better.

Review 5：I think was just bad luck, when you book they ask you for time of arrival ( I put between 6-7pm) we arrived at 1 pm, we have to wait in other room until 6 pm to get the proper room. we were overcharge for dinner, but they fixed the problem once we tell them. the mattress was far to hard , at least for us.
