Review 1：For river view room, the price maybe different , please make it clear when you check in. It is not convienient to go outside for guest without traffic tool since it is far from the center

Review 3：Nobody in this hotel speaks english, nobody wants to help you, theywon´t solve any of your problems. Internet didn´t work in the room, tvwas broken. I found some "cucarachas" in the bathroom. Onlyone chinese restaurant in the hotel which is far to expensive (europeanprices), and city center is too far to walk. I am only wondering howthey can afford to pay all their staff because this hotel was empty.

Review 5：Poor housekeeping. I reported to the front desk about 3 blown light bulbs in my room but no action had been taken. When I checked in on April 7, the receptionist on duty disputed my confirmed booking of a river view double non-smoking room. It was finally settled after I talked to the manager.

Review 9：A lack of information given. The swimming pool was dirty and the pumps were not on. No staff were at the pool so no food or drink. Because of the lack of information, we thought the only food available was in the expensive restaurant.

Review 13：Never stay here! The worst option in whole southeast Asia. Far from everything. Tough to find tuktuk. Breakfest sucks. Only chinese restaurant with prices five, six time higher than in town. But it' s the only option at evening. Super dirty pool. Staff speaking poor English, if at all. Popular for Chinese and Thai incentives so you might be woken up at 6AM by one of the double decker buses with ridicolous loud music as an alert for the groups. Night mare. Do not stay. Price is a joke comparing to the offered Service.

Review 22：great hotel to stay when travelling to pakse and other places in southern lao PDR. great location, fantastic view of Mekong River right outside the hotel driveway. breakfast was very good, i always had 2 servings of sen mee. clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. check-in was flawless and so was the check-out. and fast.

Review 25：Most of the attendants didnt know English enough even a word"hair drier." We stood by the front for 20mins but nobody spoke to us until a manager who spoke fluent English came. At first we called to housekeeping service for hair drier and they came to check our bathroom.it seemed their should be one but no. Then I asked them for one but they insisted there was no more. We went to the front, waiting 20mins for the manager came, and finally got a hair drier. 派手なホテルのようなのに英語が少してもできる人はあまりない。フロントの前に立ったら二十分過ぎて誰も目- を止めてもらわなかった。 最初に電話でドライヤーを求めたら、人が来てくれた。特に洗面所も確認させ、ちょっとびっくりしてもらった- ため、元々ドライヤーがあるはずの違いはない。しかし聞いたら明らかな否定をもらった。そしてフロントに行- き、管理者に相談した後やっともらった。 雖然看起來很光鮮富麗，服務生英語素質極低，電話要求吹風機沒能聽懂。也因此站在大廳櫃台二十分鐘沒人理會- ，直到經理現身。 一開始他們聽不懂，來房間確認我們所需。解釋半天他們似乎明白了、便往廁所看去，顯然那裡分明應該有吹風機- 。可後來他們仍然堅持沒有。於是我們直接找櫃台。直等到經理來，才同意調其他空房的吹風機來給我們。

Review 27：The hotel is not walking distance from town and public transport is poor, particularly after 6pm. Often felt stranded with no alternative other than to eat in hotel's comparativley expensive Chinese restaurant.
