Review 1：It's slightly further from Ferragudo centre that I would have liked - about a 20 minute walk. I understand that there's a rather irregular bus service in the summer but if you go in December, as we did, prepare for some exercise. The alternative, of course, is to hire a car, but I go on holiday to drink, not to drive.

Review 2：Excellent facility. Breakfast was taken on the terrace commanding a magnificent view over the outer harbour. The owner Luis (hope I've spelled that right) and his wife could not have ben more helpful.

Review 3：We enjoyed an excellent stay at this great guesthouse. The owners are very warm and helpful. The room was beautiful with an overwhelming sea view. The breakfast was excellent as well. We highly recommend this place.

Review 4：Basically nothing. It was only a pity that the new bikes arrived on Friday morning at the end of our stay.

Review 6：This is not a bed and breakfast but a house at your disposal! And a really beautiful, big and confortable house with all services that you can imagine: swimming pool, barbecue in a nice pine tree garden, bycicles free of charge, a huge living room with a real library (not only novels), music, a big kitchen with free beers , tea, coffee, .. and the breakfast served in a balcony facing the sea. Breakfast is very good, in variety, quantity and quality, everything is fresh. The owners are extremely friendly and polite. They even offered us medronho and a typical liqueur. Highly recommended for those who want to explore the areas around Ferragudo, Praia da Rocha, etc.

Review 7：We had a wonderfull stay in this lovely home close to the seaside. Waking up with the sound of the breaking waves was amazing. Seniõr Luis was most welcoming and served the best breakfast we had during our trip in Portugal.

Review 8：The property benefits sea view,but also an amazing town view in the distance which is great in the evening.Everything has been arranged to a great style and comfort.The hospitality of staff and owners is 5*,we had been celebrating a birthday party and they went beyond-did their best and made our day very very special indeed. Breakfast is always fresh and there is a wide variety .All rooms we seen are great ,as well as common areas,but if you can treat yourself and pay the little extra for the master suit,it's well worth it.It is a good spot to explore Algarve and although we didn't use the pool ,the garden and the area around ti is well designed and has a great vibe.It's just not a mainstream tourist hotel or B&Q and people with a taste would choose and won't regret it.

Review 9：The only improvement in our view would be a heatet pool as in the beginning of September the water temperature was only 24 degrees. However, that didn't stop our son to thoroughly enjoy the pool.

Review 10：Exactly as the pictures promised. Fantastic, quite and private location with brilliant sea views. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Close to beach, excellent restaurants and quaint little fishing village Ferragudo. Also close to touristic area in Portimao if thats what you desire.

Review 11：Distance from beach - too far to walk in the unusually hot weather we had in July, uphill on way back! No toilet close to pool - had to walk through villa causing tiled floor to become wet and slippery!

Review 12：View from villa was fantastic. Lovely huge balcony off lounge area - great for meals or just admiring the view. Pool was decent size with plenty of sun beds and shades provided. Also pool towels provided. Great barbeque and big table in shaded area. Master bedroom was huge - lovely balcony with fabulous view. Maid came everyday to clean and tidy. Use of washing machine. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble - just ask.

Review 13：This was my second year staying in this fabulous villa with a group of friends. The villa comfortably sleeps 5 couples and has another room which sleeps two individuals / kids. The house is fantastic and the owners are very obliging to assist you if you have any issues / requests. The villa is a 5 minute walk to the beach with great beach bars and 10 minute walk to the local town which contains some great (and cheap) local restaurants. See you next year!!
