Review 1：The staff were very friendly and helpful from reception to restaurant, beautiful views, fabulous food, great value for half board rate. Close to buses to get around the island. A bonus to get an English movie channel.

Review 2：The staff at reception, although friendly enough, did not tell us anything about the activities that were included in the price of the stay. As it was, we only discovered this when checking out.

Review 3：Wonderful view from our balcony and short walk to the beach. If possible, book a room on one of the upper floors with a balcony to the sea, they are brighter and more private than those on lower floors with terrace access. Nice small village with pleasant restaurants (booking a table in beforehand is advised).

Review 4：Friendly, helpful staff. Good restaurant with excellent breakfasts and dinners. Great location for seeing the island and going to the beaches. Good local restaurants within easy walking distance.

Review 5：The small town of Procchio is very basic. No restaurants serve before 7.30pm, not ideal for young families with children going to bed early. Street from hotel down to Procchio town is dangerous, again not ideal for families with prams/ buggies. Some staff in restaurants in the Procchio town very rude and arrogant. Catering only for Italians and not geared up for tourists from many nations.

Review 6：A lovely welcome with a beautiful upgraded sea view double room. Excellent swimming pool and professional, family friendly staff. Fantastic staff in restaurant, a credit to Sig. Diego and his team. Overall, a lovely stay and we would recommend the hotel to others.

Review 8：Nice location, 5 minutes walk from the beach. There are several free parking places. The swimming pool is really very beautiful with a wonderful view on the surrounding mountains.

Review 9：The gentleman at the reception was nice, but not very well informed. At the check-in we have asked (2x) if usage of the pool area is included in price and he said that it is. Because of the rainy weather we would not use it if we would be informed. Additionally, we have asked that gentleman for a taxi to another hotel - the distance was 5,2km. We asked what would be the price (again 2 times). He told us it will not be expensive and that he does not know. We had to pay 30,- EUR for this transfer. Although both were only minor issues it left a negative opinion on otherwise a very nice hotel.

Review 12：Everyone working for the hotel was very nice and helpfull. We could change our booking onsite to a great room with seaview. The rooms are spacious and the matrazes very good, which does not happen that often in Italy. The pool is very clean, modern and has a great view to the mountains. Also to mention the great breakfast. We loved the hotel.

Review 23：Reception staff uninterested in making the best of your stay. Gave us a single small info sheet. The 4 euros daily club charge is a tax as there was no explanation as to what you received for it. No entertainment in hotel for adult guests.
