Review 1：The airconditions is not that clean, dust particles are visible near the filter area and the fin of the aircon And the in room dining service, operating hours too short no chance of late night dinner after 10pm

Review 3：Room was not done up properly. There were rubbish from previous occupant. Toilet was dirty and had a pungent smell. Showers were not working properly. The worst part was the water park. Water was pungent and dirty. Obviously not filtered for awhile. Probably because we were there off season but this is not an excuse.

Review 11：No shampoo/bath foam provided in the room. Stay in the studio room with jacuzzi but the jacuzzi is like never been clean properly, can spot lots of stains. Food for hotel breakfast was just average Water park is not really well maintained, can see broken floor / tiles at the pool area and on the stairs going up to the slide. The water inside the pool is very very cloudy & cold. Also didn't notice any lifeguards on duty. A lot of things can be improved. Maybe start with ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness for both water park & hotel rooms. Might consider to come again if the hotel management is willing to improve.

Review 12：Large studio room, can accommodate family with 2-3 kids. Provide basic necessities such as iron, kettle, mini fridge and towel. The water park is big, with three large pools suitable for kids and adults. Friendly and helpful staffs.

Review 17：The cleanliness really need to be improved. It's not dirty somehow it's not perfectly clean. Second,we waited for such a long time to check in. I believe that because of less workforce,you face with a lot of problems. Like ones who in charge for check in room,cleaning service and so on. The aircond at 3rd room is not working and i need to call up for service in the night time 11pm. waited for 30 mins and i need to call the second time only they send the technician up for checking. Ends up they arrange me to change a room. Water heather in the master bedrooom is not working. The second apartment both heather also not working. Toilet is dirty,stinky and lots of stains. Bedsheet with some blood stain on it. extremely bad.

Review 25：I did not like a lot. It took one and a half hours for check in. Unacceptable! Location was too far out of Malacca. Water park was average. Rooms were not properly cleaned. Shower rose was broken. Loud music from water park from 9am. Outlook of rooms was other peoples windows. We booked for 6 nights. BIG MISTAKE. One night was more than enough. When we asked for a refund as we did not want to stay they refused. Restaurant not so great. Avoid this hotel.

Review 27：Room are quite dirty, they didn't sweep it right under table. Small amount foam provided for 3 bedroom apartment. TV has no connection at first and no one from cust service pick up my call. Need to go downstairs and report at the lobby. Pool are a bit dirty.

Review 41：Check in process taking so long. Very crowded during the holidays. Not worth it for the money paid. Lift was so small and waiting for lifts is a hassle. Found stool at the waterpark area, as well as at the corridor heading to lifts. Waterpark is not clean even at 9 am!!!

Review 47：The Water Theme Park was overcrowded as it was opened to public which was not mention. Pools with broken tiles as it's dangerous as you can get cut easily if you're now careful especially children. This is the first time I came across a hotel that charged their guests for extra towel which I think it's ridiculous. As the location is far there's is no shuttle bus for hotel guest to travel to town. The location is only good if you drive in. Not only you need to pay rent for extra towel in your room, you also can't bring the rooms towels down to the Water Park but you need to rent another blue towel at the counter in the water park. Will not recommend this place to anyone who don't drive in. And I don't think I'll be coming back to this hotel.

Review 60：- Waterpark. - Good service from reception staff although we have to wait almost 2 hours before check in. We understand during PH and school holiday will be completely busy during check in/out. Kudos to the management has done a good move by preparing welcome drink to all guest during check in process.

I would like to suggest that u shouldjust close the resort. Leaking air-cond which took ages to get repaired,broken tiles at the swimming pool that caused injury to the kids, mykids were trapped in the elevator, 'key card' not working,breakfast area was very crowded, long queue just to get a piece ofsoggy, oily and frozen roti canai.... The scenario was exactly like in aboarding school, curtain rail was broken and fell ....etc.......

We had nice big room aprtment but poor in cleaniness and extra tickets is only valid for one day and need to buy for next day. Disappointed by the services at front counter during check in...consuming a lot of guest precious time. They should give rebate to every hour delays to check in...this will ensure to speed the whole process. The resort should give a king size bed instead of a queen size bed. The resort mini mart mark up the prices almost double from outside. Better to prepare urself with outside refreshments...enough for ur stay there.

The food spread, was a total dissapointment. My breakfast was actually an upseting experience. Total waste of money. I did not even went to the waterpark because it was crowded as hell. And the water looks super murky.

Review 121：Facilities was bad. Complaint on first night we checked in about one of the bathroom no hot water for shower, but no action has been taken. Blanket and bed are having yellow coloured stain on it. I was injured at the water theme park, i had a scratch at my buttock when i slide down at one of the slide, my swim suit was torn badly, my skin was injured, I feedback to 2 staffs there but i was not properly attend to.

Review 123：3D art museum ,9D theater and water park are so nice and interesting places . The new system at the counter that client must take a number first (seems like in hospital,bank,post office, etc) are so good. So I didn't take along time for waiting and no need to queue. GOOD SERVICES!

Luckily, the receiptionist had allowed us for a late checked out at 2.00 pm. 2. The frrom facilities were poor - hot water heater in living area was not working, TV remote got no battery and no bathroom mat provided. 3. Ambiance did not comensurate with 4-star hotel: Walk way to the water park via the spa was not tidy, bathroom at swiming pool filled with water, smelly carpet at lobby lift.
