Review 10：Had no hot water. Manager could not figure out how our room could NOT have warm water on the main system. Hard to find. GPS not that helpful. Make sure you print detail map to help find establishment--but it's worth the effort.

Review 18：Pension Beate is a beautifully decorated and designed place. It is in a lovely calm area on the outskirts of Villach. Beate herself is very friendly and helpful, and keen to ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast is very good. There's a nice shady garden, and our room had a nice balcony with a table and 2 chairs overlooking the garden. We would recommend this place to anyone.
