Review 1：Rosia seems off the beaten track however, there's lots to see and its a great base. The apartment was perfect with great cooking facilities. Breakfast was very good and the staff were knowledgeable and welcoming. Would definitively stay again

Review 3：Everything! The owner was super nice. Our 1 1/2 year old son loved her. The apartment was amazing. It was only a few years old, so everything was pristine and unbelievably clean. Great breakfast. The location made it perfect for short day trips to Tuscan hill towns as well. 10/10 for sure!

Review 13：This is a really good hotel. Our apartment, bedroom pluskitchen/dining/lounge area was modern, clean and verycomfortable with everything you would need for a short or long stay. Itis quiet, the bed comfortable and I got some good nights sleep. ( allthe apartments are identical). Breakfast is the usual continental farewith excellent coffee.Parking is free with plenty of room directlyoutside the hotel entrance. Apart from a train journey to Pisa fromSiena we used the car for sightseeing as I don't think the local busservice is that frequent. The owner Catarina is so friendly, helpful andaccommodating, a lovely lady. I would, without hesitation, recommend theArianna and give it top marks.

Review 14：Central located (to visit Siena, Florence, Pienza etc). Appartments are spacey and has everything you need. Cleaning and breakfast are very good. Friendly and very helpfull hostess.

Review 15：After 7 weeks on the road was looking for somewhere for a couple of days to relax before flying home. This was perfect great apartment very attentive hostess and yes it is a good cappuccino! Good sized pool and only 12klms from Siena. We had the wonderful surprise of looking out our bedroom window watching the Palio riders practice. Highly recommend.

Review 18：The modest breakfast buffet could understandably disappoint those used to heartier fare, but Caterina's cappuccino, brioche, rolls, and prosciutto (ham) taste delicious.

Review 19：Located about 20 mins beautiful drive outside of Siena, in a small town nestled between tree covered hills and countryside, offered peace and quiet after long days touring Tuscany. Free parking. Spacious rooms kept very clean. Well equipped kitchen (although no microwave). Best of all, owner Caterina is very hospitable, speaks fairly good English, answered our myriad of questions, and offered great tourist tips. Not suitable for those with dreams of sleeping in an old Italian villa or stepping directly out onto cobblestoned streets to explore medieval architecture, but would definately stay there again.

Review 22：The location is perfect to explore the most wonderful part of Tuscanyand it is only a 20 minutes drive from the beautiful city of Siena. Thehotel staff was extremely kind and helpful. Absolutely perfect is thebreakfast, you have to ask for the delicious Cappuccino made byCatarina!! Also the rooms are perfectly well equipped, includingeverything you need to cook. We enjoyed every minute of our holidays atthe Arianna and recommend it with full heart to anybody who wants tovisit Tuscany. Hopefully we will we able to come back soon again!
