Review 1：On the whole we very much liked the two-bedroom apartment for up to 6 people. We were asked to pick up keys after 4pm approximately 2km away from the apartment. Our plane landed at 11am, and we got to the office at 13.30 but the office does not open until 16.00 so no opportunity for early check-in. At the office you are given sheets and towels and expected to make your own beds. In ours there was no iron, ironing board, kettle, only 3 mugs and no wine glasses. Also the temperature outside was 36c-40c, and the three air con units were not really up to the job. There was also a lot of firm instruction on departure!
Review 2：Located in the town centre, yet in peaceful pretty gardens Residence Le Zagare is pretty convenient and a 25minute drive from Olbia airport. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is bright, light and very clean. The town is also very nice with a host of great restaurants, shops and a nightly market from 20.30 to late. Their are four beaches close by all providing a varying range of amenities.

Review 7：The only disadvantages I can think of is that it takes about 30 min to get to the beach by foot, so a car is a must. Also, the rubbish is collected at 6am every day and it tends very noisy but you can always catch up on your sleep at siesta time as it gets too hot to do anything.
Review 8：The residence turned out beyond my expectations! Modern, comfortable, spacious, air con in every room, lots of parking space and surrounded by italian neighbours. The staff that helped us settle in and get accustomed to the friendly town was very approachable, hospitable and super efficient! They were at our disposal throughout our 10-day stay. The location is beautiful and in the heart of the town that becomes quite busy at night (when the streets are filled with lively market and you can't resist late night shopping) and has everything to offer from household equipment to groceries. San Teodoro is home to one of Sardinia's best (if not the best) beaches - La Cinta.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the property in advance.Please note that a deposit of EUR 150 must be paid on arrival.
