Review 1：The staff didn't speak/understand any English. Only one person a little bit. The hotel was outdated, as the facilities and the onsen (rusty, old,..). Standard Ryokan felt like staying in a basement. Especially due to the light and no decoration. The dinner and breakfast was not of great quality.
