Review 1：Very bad lighting in room. Not enough light at and at the pool and no sitting area at pool side.

Review 3：Bathroom unclean, shower position poorly thought, inox parts either old and corroded nor unclean. Lights in the room more focused on economy than for proper illumination. On outside windows and walls very dusty. The position of the hotel is wall to wall with the fire department in a old industrial zone. The water in the pool can be observed as very green from the upper floor. One elevator working from two. The breakfast was very very poor and the food improper kept on plates than in special chilled covered containers. I don't remember seeing milk, hot water provided on request. I am sorry but this is utmost 3 star hotel. The overall impression is cost cutting!

Review 5：Our suite was first floor facing a busy dual carriageway. Very noisy if you wanted an open window to alleviate the stuffiness of an air-con system pumping out hot air (see below). The pool was a nice size, but there were too many children from outside crowding it out and the water was a nasty green colour, so I don't think the chemical levels were correct. In the room, the air-conditioning system was set to warm, and could not be turned off without spanners. They did offer us another suite, but we'd just unpacked after a long journey and couldn't be bothered.

Review 6：The price - we booked a suite, which comprised a big bed in a big bedroom, with a sitting room and good bathroom. A lot for our money The Staff - there were one or two little problems with the heating - too hot and no way to turn it down. The staff were happy to come and sort it our with spanners. As no kettles were provided in the rooms, we asked and were given one. Likewise, the Wifi was limited, so they gave us our own router.

Review 7：Mosquitoes, no protection against them on the windows, couldnt sleep all night... Awful smell from and around the pool. Dirty water, bottom of pool barely visible, lots of chlorine, eyes and nose affected. Restaurant location - difficult access, wanted to have dinner but no waiter available. I waited for some while then i went to the kitchen area and asked for somebody to come... Poor staff, completely non-proffessionals.

Review 11：Extremel polite staff speaking more languages, helpful people, offered for free the conference hall being just available, in the evening the restarurant stays open until guests need it.

Review 12：The cleaning of the room was a disaster, on the wals there are a lot of spots of dirt on the carpet the same. In the reservation we made it wrote that the room will be with bath tub but we had only shower. in the bathroom it was a very unpleasant smell. The person from the reception when we checked in was very bored, not even told us about the hotel facilities or anything else.

Review 13：The food was very good we eat one time at the restaurant and the food was very tasty and the price was more than ok.

Review 14：Poorly prepared staff, some more cleaning would help, restaurant - forget about for dinner, acceptable for breakfast, nasty smell from the poll inside the lobby.

Review 15：I've stayed here 3 times in the past 4 months. Each time I have to change rooms because of some problem(s). This time it took 3 rooms to find one where the air conditioning would even turn on. I stayed in the 3rd room even though when the air conditioning was on, the slightly blowing air wasn't cool at all. Luckily the evening was cool and I could sleep with the windows open. The afternoon was quite warm in the room. This facility seems to rely on the fact that they have the only hotel pool in town as maintenance of the facility as a whole is very shoddy.
