Review 1：To me it was a bunk house with a motel cost,just a fridge and kettle,no water,the windows should have screens as a lot of bugs come in so close to lake,take fly spray!,the camp kitchen facility had no toaster,and the bathroom just one shower for the whole camp as i see it,all very trendy but you have to get the basic's right first

The quick response from Sue and her kindness in picking me up at the hospital afterwards are worth 100 reviews of Above Excellent in such a moment of distress. We loved the kombi room before this incident and want to go back.

Review 20：The online booking did not function adequately. The owners were not notified for two hours of the booking. We arrived about 1/2 an hour prior to them being notified.

Review 22：The showers in the main block need some work. Very hard to adjust the temperature. It is either boiling hot or freezing cold and it keeps changing during the shower.

Review 23：Lovely stay in the new Trout House. Could have done with a sink with running hot/cold water and a toaster to save endless trips to the kitchen. New, clean and warm with the panel heater. Nice to have a tv. Linen provided that was clean and new and comfy.

Review 26：The staff ere friendly but the room was overpriced for what it was. First we found out that bedding costs extra....$10 per bed on top of paying $120 for one night en suite bathrooms not included. When I said that I hadnt noticed the linen fee on the website(and I checked the lady kindly pointed out that if you enlarge the photos and then read the 12 lines of fine print, it does in fact say "extra linen charges apply"! Also, our lakefront cabin with glassdoors did not actually open up on to the lake, it opened to the small road that leads to the lake. The kitchenette did not have any plates, cutlery or cooking tools etc.....it was a kettle and a small fridge. When I seemed a bit unhappy they offered me free wifi....but it didnt actually work in our room and the website clearly says wifi is FREE anyway
