Review 1：That we had booked only 3 nights... ;-)
Review 2：The rooms were very spacious and tastefully furnished. They had each a big bathroom and private extern access. The location was perfect for us as it was wonderfully quiet in a small street with a beautiful large garden. Supermarket and some restaurants were in easy walking distance. The short distance to Tongariro NP, but also more attractions close by around Lake Taupo were decisive for us to stay in Turangi. Most of all, we enjoyed the phenomenal hospitality of Frances and Ian! Not only did they serve delicious breakfast at the time of our choice (be it 8:30 on a rainy day or 5:30 before Tongariro crossing...!), but they took all the time in the world to answer our questions, give advice, and help us patiently with any problems.
